I have been driving past this place for years, decided to try it out. Great food, not greasy, and the lunch specials are only 11.50! Main course is always excellent, but the fried rice is tasteless and spring roll is always mushy. Shrimp is hit or miss on being de veined. Favorites are Honey Walnut shrimp and vegetable fried rice. My family and I have going here for nearly 2 decades. Whenever we have that craving bite sized pork dumplings both pan fried or steamed this is the place. The service is outstanding. Food is always perfectly cooked. A true hidden gem for Chinese foodies. Take a look at the posted pics of a few family favorites.
05/09/18: 4.5 out of 5 - Tonight after my Wednesday run with my group, we decided to try Chinese Delicacy. I haven't been to Chinese Delicacy since it was sold to the current owner. So it's been over 5 years....maybe more.
Surprisingly, the food hasn't changed. The portions were very good, very tasty, and priced inexpensively. Everything looked amazing!
The table service was great. The staff and owner were great about explaining what is tasty and what goes well with what.
Chinese Delicacy is worth trying once, and deciding for yourself. They also do take-out orders, as well.
Restaurant has its own parking lot and when full, there is street parking.
Friendly staff.
Came during dumpling week and they had pork dumpling special and shrimp special. Each order had 15 pieces!
Dumplings were delicious as was the sauce it came with.
Nice small Chinese restaurant. Standard menu like most places.
They provided courtesy Kim Chee to cleanse my palette.
I ordered the salt and pepper fish, and it was amazing. It was a nice mix of onions and. jalapenos.

Chinese Delicacy is definitely still very good Chinese restaurant that is worth trying once, and deciding for yourself. I'll keep coming back.

This is my absolute favorite place for like 20 years hand's down the best food I have never been disappointed and the people are always amazing!
One of the last 화교 음식 (Chinese immigrant in Korea) restaurants. Not many exist in the world, much less Oregon. Bow they’re kinda modernized commercialized pretend 화교 places if they are around. But thankfully my neighbor started this place and I grew up getting food here. It is excellent. I recommend the trademark dishes: black bean noodles, sweet n sour fried pork, and spicy seafood noodle soup. Enjoy!

Our family has been coming here for many years, through different owners. Jennifer and her husband Lee are doing a great job! We usually order a few plates to share and always bring leftovers home. Jennifer is so nice and welcoming :) recommend the kung-pao chicken, honey walnut shrimp and the dumplings.

Always pleased with the food and service. Been eating here for the last 10 yrs and never once have I had to complain about anything. Food is freshly made there. Love it and recommend it.
Cozy chinese/korean restaurant. Love the general tso’s chicken and their appetizer dishes. Great lunch menu.
Hands down THE BEST EGG FOO YOUNG. Seriously it's beyond amazing. You can tell it's handmade and homemade. And they take pride in having the best. The gravy is so rich and delicious, and comes on the side. And the orders are BIG. 3 Patty's the size of a soft taco tortilla. Since I've been here. I've told EVERYONE about it. I will be back.
I adore this place. Their seafood hot and sour soup is so good. They have a large bowl that they call their medium for 7.50 and it fills me up every time. I visit this place every few months and its always great.
Service is so warm and accommodating. Loved their homemade kimchi, generous portions and excellent fried shrimp and pork dumplings. Highly recommend!!!
The food is excellent. Soup noodles are some of the best and the other dishes are extremely tasty.
