City Thai Portland - Portland - Photo album

This has to be one of the top Thai restaurants in the Portland metro area. Incredibly kind of staff and a welcoming environment. The ingredients are the best quality and every dish I've had is incredible. Highly recommend City Thai if you're in the area.
City Thai is a delightful and charming locale, adorned with enchanting Christmas decorations that evoke a cozy holiday movie atmosphere. The culinary experience is unparalleled, offering the finest Thai cuisine that compelled me to revisit twice within a week in the company of friends. The staff exu
City Thai is one of my favorite restaurants in Portland! I come here on a weekly basis, and I have never been disappointed. The food, service, and intimate atmosphere are all stellar. My personal favorites are the pineapple curry and the panang curry. I have ordered take out several times as well an
This was a really nice place for a relaxing Saturday lunch outside. A delicate fresh shrimp salad roll with peanut sauce was delicious and we added Pad See Ew (fat noodle) for a tasty treat. Try the Thai ice tea with lemonade for a sweet tea drink.
The staff seemed hesitant to interact with my daughter and me. The orange chicken was standard fare previously frozen breaded chicken product. The sizzling tropical plate offered a wonderful variety of produce, 1 shrimp, 2 pieces of chicken, and was heavy with soy sauce, light on the spice. The rice
Favorite Thai restaurant in Portland. Cozy, intimate, relaxing atmosphere. Very nice owners. Great for take out and dine in. Consistent. Generous portions. Very well priced. Recommend their curries and lava noodles. Highly recommend soy curls for vegetarians, very tasty.
My now Go-to Thai restaurant. I end up ordering 3 meals because I can't decide on just one, everything I've tried has been fantastic. Definitely get a Curry dish, literally any of them, my favorite is the Panang Curry, bold flavors, slight spice, so creamy ❤️❤️❤️
Came here for lunch and was not disappointed. Got a couple lbs of crawfish and holy smokes was it delicious. We got like 4/10 spice because well, we all know that Thai hot is hot as heck! It tasted so freaking great. Like I've had down south. The little craw friends were pretty big too! Delicious af
Tucked away in SW with low key ambience. I've been here a few times but I live in SE so this is quite the adventure. Ordered take out and picked it up. Large portion couldn't finish my Pad See Ew. Wife had some yummy chicken stir fry. Very friendly staff, helped me order spicy but not to spice, qui
Top quality Thai food. Best in the area. Great drinks menu. There are several other Thai places in the area but this is easily our favorite. Each dish is plated like art. The seafood was done perfectly, the scallops practically melted in the mouth.
This is my Gf & I's goto place we've came so many times and it's always been a positive refreshing experience. I wish the atmosphere and service that exists in this restaurant was the industry standard. I've become the biggest fan of Meena, she is always on the ball and genuinely cares about the res
This was such a beautiful lunch! Chicken Kao Soi and lava noodles were excellent, as was the coffee, tea, and chicken satay. Service was quick and friendly, food was super hot and fresh! Really pretty restaurant inside. Highly recommend for take out too!
Have to say this food is fantastic, portions are just right. And couldn't believe the price!!! Their are alot of Thai restaurants in portland this one is in the top 3 for me!!!
Nice place, dependably good food, kinda pricey, the staff isn't super friendly. Their papaya salad (one of my favorite dishes) is always way too sweet, and on several occasions I've had to wait quite a while for a pickup orders. But these are all minor niggles. I congratulate them on being one of th
Not a Thai fan but it came up on grubhub and after exploring decided to try. I officially like Thai now. I got the sizzling tropical, city Thai combo, Thai iced coffee and the lava choc. Cake, they threw in some rice for free. Everything was hot fresh flavorful and savory. Absolutely made a reaccur
One of my pet peeves when dining out is dirty windows and especially dirty bathrooms. City Thai, your men's bathroom was filthy. It shows you don't care about your customers or your business.
