Yamhill Pub - Portland - Photo album

Excellent and knowledgeable bartenders. Great spot to get locals perspective on things. Do folks really play catch inside with those baseball gloves? 🤣
Local tavern with charm. Patrons are friendly. Shots are a little pricey but this is Portland. The bartenders are very cool and fast service. The atmosphere is what sets it apart.
Our bartender was great. Everyone had a sense of humor. One old guy had his two little dogs with him. We toasted to the youngest dog whose narleys had apparently dropped that morning.
The bar is a piece of living art ! Totally awesome they even have rumplemintz which Is a staple of bars from Wisconsin dells and its awesome. The bar is in love with dogs (that can behave) love this bar its a great one to hang out with the locals which they will probably give more attention to your
As tourists in Portland, we felt like regulars as soon as we entered the bar. We had so much fun day drinking on a Saturday afternoon and watching VHS tapes with the bartender and clientele, we didn’t mind spending 2 hours here on a perfectly beautiful sunny day. Every surface (except the ceiling)
I didn't feel like I belonged there, but it was perfect for me. Definitely was a local spot. Prices were good, selection was what you'd expect. Worth it just to listen to the banter.
Place is the best. I love it. And the art and smells 😍 ✨️ it really sets the mood
It's a true dive, and I love it! The VCR and bottomless tapes? Perfect!
This the last truely dingy dive bar in downtown Portland! The space has been a bar for around 70 years and has been The Yamhill Pub since Kevin purchased it around 30 years ago. Kevin works most day shifts and he's always a hoot with plenty of interesting stories. The bar attracts everone from crus
Best, Dirty, little Dive Bar in Downtown. Lack of heat, graffiti on the walls, and the menu is there for pedantics. That being said, the staff and customers were open and friendly, the drinks were better than expected, and I'll probably be back again.
Downtown Portland's only real dive bar left over from the ages including local daytime bartender who has been there for 25 years. A gem of local lore if you get him in good convos (he even knows Euro futbol/soccer as well as movie buff). Good jukebox selection. Famous for cheap PBR pint with shot of
Great place for a cold PBR and some pinball. Ben was a super chill bartender and the Monster Bash pinball was killer. 3 games for $2 and $2.75 for a PBR pint. It DID NOT taste like a dirty tap as a previous review stated. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! And, please don't vandalize the pinball machine or you'll b
The diviest of dive bars. It doesn't get much better than this! A Portland institution and we're luck it survived Covid!
