Delicious food. I personally love schnitzel and you don't see it often. Here they offer a number of sandwiches with crispy chicken as the main ingredient. I tried the Blue Bird, which had blue cheese, buffalo sauce and shredded cabbage. It was very tasty. The bun was soft and sweet. All in all a good size and delicious sandwich. They also have sausages that looked really good, although I didn't try those. The tater tots Chicago style (with chili and cheese) we're good too. It's a nice, modern space and the staff was great.

Totally awesome schnitzel sandwiches and hot dogs. I got the Boss Hog. It was so boss! Totally dank. Added some Sriracha and some Beaver Sweet Hot Mustard, then ate it with a fork! I only gave it four stars because they don’t have a straight of schnitzel plate... only Sandwiches and Dogs. I also think they should offer another type of bun/bread option for the sandwiches. As other people mentioned, a pretzel bun. Maybe Portland French Bread pretzel buns would be successful.

I would like to start off by saying that I am an employee of this restaurant, so take everything I say with a grain of salt if you wish. I would also like to make it known that I am a foodie. I am picky about what I eat, fast food mostly just doesn't do it for me. Luckily, Hatch and Hooves is fast casual, not fast food. I wouldn't exactly call this german food. Maybe hipster german food, or german food with a twist. There's something for almost everyone; sweet, sour, savory, spicy. There's a safe option ranging all the way to, for some, a risky option. I like that there are several sandwiches based off of classics like the chicago dog, or the monte cristo. There's not a single bad thing on the menu, really. My favorite schnitzel sandwich, after having them all, would be the classic. The safest option by far, but still a wonderful thing. Chicken schnitzel, tomato, lettuce, and a rich bavarian schnitzel sauce. I like to add onion for even more flavor! My favorite wurst sandwich would be the chic-hoggo. Bier sausage, tomato, pickle, yellow mustard, relish, pepperoncinis, onion, and celery salt. Probably one of the most complicated recipes, aside from the salads. There's a lot going on, but it all works out to be one delicous sausage. This is coming from someone who rarely eats sausage. Out of the two schnacos, I prefer the chicken but they are both delicious. The salads, the baby kale. Now normally I stay away from kale, but this salad is the bomb diggety. Simple yet delicious with apples, hazelnuts, and blue cheese. There are quality ingredients in everything, and we take care to keep only the most quality on the line. And most importantly, our employees are treated fairly and we take care to make every customer happy. Even if I didn't work here I might come here every day!

One of my favorite locations to come by at Cascade Station. I love how convenient it is to come here during lunch break and be able to people watch. I've been here so many times that I ended up trying everything on their menu and it still hasn't disappointed me.

Absolutely loved this place! I was in Portland for the weekend and saw this place and decided to try it. I came back once more before I want back home because I loved it so much! As I walked in I got a great first impression, I liked how it was very clean, the interior design was very cool. The food taste and quality was fantastic, it's different and in a positive way, the bun is like the Hawaiian roles, which works great, and the chicken is crispy and tender! Oh, and the fries are one of the best I've had! I really wish they expand and bring this to the Seattle area.

Good sandwich and fast service, but don’t know if it’s worth the price! Got the classic schnitzel sandwich and it was pretty good! I wish they used a pretzel roll or some other bread, the Hawaiian bun is a bit too sweet and takes away from the sandwich.

Staff was helpful. It's a new concept to have schnitzel sandwiches as a fast food eatery and it's a fantastic alternative to a sub shop. Prices are reasonable for what you get and it's a lot more efficient than visiting a traditional sit down German place. Will definitely be back!

Enjoyed the concept of the sandwich bread being Hawaiian sweet rolls. Tater tots were seasoned well. Crunch in the bite was good. Also enjoyed their Mexican salad bowl. Fish sandwiches are very good also. Will definitely come back again 😊

Just happened to be at Cascade Station on their opening day and thought, hey why not give it a try! I had the Hamburg A'Hoy, which is a fish schnitzel with dill sauce, and cucumber red onion slaw, on a large Kings Hawaiian roll. It was so good, I will definitely be back to try more of their sandwiches. A nice addition to Cascade Station. I ate it too fast to take a picture.

Well worth the stop. Ordered the classic sandwich - tasty crispy-hot chicken pounded schnitzel-thin on soft roll-like bread with fresh toppings, plus hot shoestring fries that I'm fairly sure did *not* come from a bag. Quick, friendly, and well presented. When can we get one of these on the west side?

Walked in not knowing anything about the place, staff was bright and friendly. The menu is varied, I Ordered the Schwein Mi and it was excellent, needed a little stronger pickle on the veggies but that's a tiny nitpick. The wife ordered the Nanny goat which is their take on a monte christo, it was better than my sandwich. Overall great experience and will return!
