Good ice cream (hard to make bad ice cream), they have flavors you can’t get in stores, store is super clean and friendly staff. You can taste ice cream you want. However a little pricey for me.
It's like the Ben & Jerry's you buy in pints but even better. There are several types of dipped cones (waffle and sugar). There isn't really any parking and no bathroom, so don't come on foot and don't get too messy. I recommend the bourbon butter ice cream. It's amazing.

I don't get ice cream enough. I had a small two scoop on a waffle cone and it was so delicious! I can't remember the exact flavors I got, but they involved chocolate and vanilla and caramel and chocolate chip cookies. And I sat at a table that had a bunch of B & J history on it which I had fun reading. I'll be back! 🍨😊
Great ice cream cakes. So many variations! They also have a lot of your favorite Ben & Jerry's flavors to pick from for scoops, pints, shakes and even to add to your cake. Staff is great and seem to really care about their job. Great representation of the brand.
Too many chocolate flavors to be able to choose. Went for the two flavor scoop. Great ice cream. Lots of different flavors. If you can't find a favorite, you're not trying.

Solid Iced Cream shop. Not perfect, but what can you do. The prices are high, but they give out tons of coupons on free cone day, slashing the prices effectively in half or more (putting them on a more competitive price bracket.) Sure, you could get more iced cream from a store in half gallons, but you can't match the experience of getting it from an iced cream parlor.
One of the longest lasting Ben & Jerry's I've ever found. I appreciate that B&J's is socially conscious & gives back so much. Prices are pretty high - presumably for their fair trade practices. This location has seating for about 15 inisde and a couple of parking slots in front - a real boon on Hawthorne Street.
Quite a selection of flavor choices, but personally i was kinda expecting much more as in flavores/veriety of Ice cream desserts, more service, better more kid friendly atmosphere because of the name!
It’s been a long time since we have visited this shop. Very friendly staff, a little slow-they can only handle one order at a time. $7.00 for a small sundae is a little expensive but the experience was very good!
Amazing ice cream every flavor, the manager was very polite and served me very quickly and it was a pleasant icecream buying experience!!!
