The best I-Hop I've been in. Live closer to one by Vancouver Mall but the employees at this are much better. We were seated as soon as we walked in. A busy Sunday morning. The one in WA makes you wait 20+min and you can see there's a bunch of empty tables available.

First it's an IHOP, you don't come to here expecting an Olive garden. Decent food made by great people and lovely servers. It's not the fanciest of places to go to but I've got fond memories of the place.
Not the best part of town. A lot of dirty stuff in the parking lot. Trash, graffitti, shopping carts, and broken glass everywhere. The workers didnt seem to enjoy their jobs much. After 2 visits we received the same treatment. No smiles, felt like we were disturbing their conversation w each other.
Cali turkey sandwich was excellent. Toast toasted perfectly. Cheese melted just right,, not running from the sandwich and avocado sliced at the correct size.. Waitress was very attentive. Food came fast and hot. Onion rings crunchy without being greasy.
