This is my first visit here as I tend to be more of a salad person than a sandwich person. When I arrived, the line to place my order was rather long Fortunately, there was a man taking orders along the line so the line moved very quickly and I had my delicious salad in no time. My salad was excellent!!! Next time i would add avocado for some extra yumminess. This huge salad is only $8.15. The sandwiches look fantastic and every customer eating a sandwich looked more than satisfied. The employees are super friendly and efficient. Tipping is not allowed.
The location was close to The Hilton Porter Curio Collection. It was super clean and inviting. Tonja was very hospitable and cheery for bright and early in the morning. We went this morning because of the good food and helpful employees yesterday.
Great food nice place to eat, nice staff and comfortable atmosphere. The shop offers sanitizer which during my visit both dispensers were empty. The staff kept slamming things which took away from the ease in the environment
Fast, friendly, and yummy!! The Mediterranean breakfast sandwich with mayo and italian seasoning was perfect! Really tasty and flavorful. The mixed berry smoothie was delicious as well.

Soups are fantastic! The Broccoli Chedder is even better than that other nation wide chain. Chili & Potato are also really good.

I doordash from this location an unhealthy amount. Their Chicken Pot Pie soup is my favorite item, it's so savory and filling. However it often disappears from the menu for days or weeks, and it genuinely ruins my day lol. I need my chicken pot pie! Their Mediterranean sandwich is also delicious, super flavorful and tangy. I love to add pickles for even more tang. Sometimes I feel that the sandwiches can be a little under-filled for the price, I especially have found that to be the case with the Pizza sandwich. I think it just depends on who is making your order though. I can't speak for customer service since I get it delivered, but I will say that this location is very prompt in completing orders, I always have my food within the hour!

I went in for a breakfast sandwich for the first time ever, so I didn't know what to expect. And I'll admit, I wasn't expecting much. But I was wrong, my sausage and egg sandwich was easily one of the best breakfast meals I've had in a long time. All fresh ingredients and the toasted bread made it stand out. Plus , the two women behind the counter were polite and helpful. I highly recommend this particular Potbelly.
Potbelly Sandwich shop is a must visit for sure! They have great toasted sandwiches and are better than their competitors when giving you meat and veggies. I would recommend 10/10. Their employees were the best at the one downtown Portland next to Keller. Even though they were closing they still served us without any lip! Awesome employees thank you!
Food was good, as was the service and price was fair. Several options (sodas, cookies, etc.), were unavailable. Not ideal for a Monday afternoon.
VERY busy, but line moved efficiently and seating was plentiful. Great spot for a quick bite mid-workday.
We ordered online and picked up, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly, and the sandwiches tasted fresh and delicious! We will definitely be ordering from here again the next time we are near one!
