This is a great location for a Starbucks. The quirky neighborhood has an endless parade of characters walking by the windows which line two sides of the shop. There is outdoor seating as well.

Basic Americano made with their Blond blend beans. Staff was friendly and polite, the shop was as clean as a hospital. They have the usual Covid-19 precautions and restrictions, with in-store consumption. Big plus!

Great location, wheelchair accessible even with an automatic door! Great drinks, fast and friendly service. Docked 1 star for the inside being very dirty, lots of crumbs all over chairs and tables and even garbabe laying around.
