Drive through only but they serve it fast- friendly staff too and spot on drinks. Chai and matcha blended well. Tip in cash so no transaction fee from card issuers- better for the crew.
Service is always great and the girls get drinks out very quickly. My only complaint (something I saw in another review) is that there is no easy option to leave a tip. I wish they would employ one of the tablets I see at other establishments to quickly leave tips via card.
Us Gen Z kids are incapable of remembering to stock our wallets with the old ‘paper’ money. Help us out!
I love the coffee beans that they include with your order. My favorite item to order is the green tea smoothie, much like a Frappuccino at the other coffee shop, except these are much thicker. I like my cold blended drinks thick, so this is my favorite place for this type of drink.
Locally owned franchise with small building footprint and friendly staff. Coffee drinks are top notch and quick to order and serve. Very decent addition to the plethora of caffeine canteens throughout the area!

I love this place! Coffee is good and service is too. They always have plenty of staff(wish I did) who always try to move lines as quickly as possible while remaining friendly and maintaining quality. Use the app and earn $ toward purchase.
Management: LET US TIP YOUR WORKERS WITH CARD TRANSACTIONS! I used to work in hospitality and I think it’s crazy that in this day and age we can’t tip them when we pay with our cards. They’re always super nice and accommodating and make delicious beverages!
This specific Human Bean was my wife's go-to coffee place after moving to the Garden Home area in 2012. Our kids loved the hot chocolate and bonus bean with every drink. Even after moving to Bend in 2017 we insist on visiting every time we're in town! Fantastic coffee, even better service!

REALLY awesome coffee, and I don't say that easily. There's something silky about that stuff going down your palate - an elegance to the taste. Don't know if this is a company-wide thing or what, but management NEEDS to find a system that allows you to tip with your card. The girls are great and deserve daily tips, and I wind up having to get cash every 20 days and tip them a 20. Especially during COVID I am not carrying cash, but didn't anyway before that. You're the only coffee shop I've ever been to that didn't have this option.
SO MUCH BETTER THAN STARBUCKS!!! Great customer service. Great tasting coffee. Psst. They have ground white chocolate there that is the perfect sweet/cream ratio for shot in the dark drinks. I drive out if my way to see them.
Fast friendly service, excellent coffee, delicious food. I'd like the black coffee to be a little hotter.
Update: I read another review, where the customer was unhappy. The business replied and offered to send a gift card. This made me think "maybe I should have left a bad review, and then I could get a gift card." A weird dynamic, but maybe publicly offering gift cards to people that left bad reviews is actually not a great idea. I feel like the bad reviewer is getting rewarded, while my good review is not.
Update: you thanked me for my 5 star review, but you did not respond to my comment about the coffee not being as hot as I would like. Did you even read my review?
