We went late at night and there were a number of customers in the store and only one person behind the counter. He was hopping however, and took care of everything in a timely manner and with a smile. He deserves a raise!
Not the best sandwiches out there, but they are consistent in quality and decently tasty. I like having a lot of options for toppings. Customer service can vary from store to store. These guys are busy but friendly at my local store.
This is one of the nicer Subway restaurants I've visited decor wise. I've been here about 3 times within the past 2 months and each time they were understaffed with just a single employee working! Good spot but it is consistently under staffed. The employees try their best and have a good attitude but management runs it so close and on a tight budget. They haven’t upgraded their equipment or the lobby in years. Be patient, they're doing their best with what they have, for little pay.

Only one guy was working but he was hopping and keep up with everything, multitasking and doing our order at the same time he was doing an order to go that have been called in and getting everything right ~ he even up-sold us on some amazing chocolate chip cookies. Girl working the graveyard shift last night did an amazing job. Good customer service, good sandwich, and she even picked up a conversation. Great job! She even told me she was working a triple between her 2 jobs, and she still was a fantastic worker!

24 hours a day rocks and my order was ready before the starred time. I picked up at 10:50pm . My only issue is the salad dressing was put on the salad rather than on the side like most to go places.
