Chop - Portland - Photo album

Stopped midweek for a quick bite, loved the breakfast options. I had the McChop (sausage egg cheese) and hubs had the lox. Both were really solid. Friendly staff and cute part of the St John area.
Oh WOW! Definitely come here. The potato salad was amazing- we were lucky enough to get it warm. The crunchy bacon bits push it over the edge. We shared a roast beef sandwich- pickled shallots and fried jalapeños on a ciabatta roll. This was enough to share and crave worthy. I could eat here aga
Dang! So good! This place was recommended to me by a friend - I’ll definitely be back. I had the Izzy - go get you one.
This place is phenomenal. Everything I have had there is just perfectly executed, and they are so nice too. With both a vegetarian and a gluten free person in the house, we are both easily accommodated and without feeling like we are missing out on anything in terms of flavor. Sandwiches and salads
Travelled to Portland to check this place out. Ordered the Sofia Loren. Service was great, but sandwich was mind blowing. One of the best sandwiches I have ever had and I have travelled and eaten quite a bit. Flavors were incredible! We will definitely be heading back!!!
We ordered the Izzy and the Sweet and Spicy Chicken sandwiches, with a bowl of soup (pumpkin curry today). Everything was so delicious, I may never be satisfied by another sandwich again. Seriously, their food is amazing and their customer service is top-notch! Well done, Chop
I love this place. Good bye Starbucks, no one misses you. The coffee is great, the breakfast burrito is awesome and the staff are friendly. I eat a Sunrise burrito every week and it hits the spot. I love the quality of the eggs and the salsa is tasty. The breakfast sandwich is also a go to, the ham
My first visit was last week (7/17/19) just before noon; so we beat the lunch crowd to ordering and getting a comfortable table inside. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the design very North Portland (a good thing). The St Johns neighborhood is the perfect setting for this fun / casual space a
Came in for breakfast. Was really satisfied. I had the chop breakfast sandwich. The sausage was really great and flavorful. My kids were able to easily split the sunrise burrito. Ingredients were plentiful and taste excellent. Can't wait to try for lunch sometime! Just try them.
Excellent!!! Our company has started using Chop as our go-to for ordering out for team meetings/projects. Something for everyone on their menu. After dozens of meals ordered, nothing but positive reviews from the team. The Rueben is my personal favorite, but the chop salad is perfect when you want s
Stopped by Chop today and got a Dirty Bird sandwich, which was fantastic! More importantly, the front of the house staff, two lovely ladies, were so delightful. I will be back as soon as I finish the Dirty Bird sandwich, (which will taker about 2 days because its so enormous!).
I have been here multiple time and have never had a bad sandwich. I love Chop! The Philly Cheese Steak is one of the best I have ever had (better than the ones I had in Philadelphia) and I order the Italian Stallion regularly. Yum!
Amazing food and people. Sandwiches are out of this world. The hot Italian was a flavor explosion. Perfect bread as well, nice and soft yet a perfect sponge for the sauces. The turkey was huge, but in a good way. Perfectly balanced. Also they have diet dr.bowns black cherry soda! We will be back for
Best sandwich shop I've been to in town (and I've enjoyed plenty). The ownership is wonderful and this little place really feels like the center of the neighborhood, to me. Everything I've had here is stellar, but I especially love a good tuna sandwich, and theirs is the best!
Stopped by Chop St. Johns on a Sunday morning and had a Mc Chop, which is a sausage patty burger with egg and cheese. It turned out really good, I was pleased to start my Sunday this way.The ladies working there were patient with my questions and had no problem running to the kitchen when I changed
The sandwiches were fantastic! I had the "Dirty Bird" and my wife had the "Garden Dive." Large portions that justify the $10+ price tag. 5 stars for the sandwich and chefs. Minus 1 star because the young lady at the register had an unwelcoming attitude. I walked up to the register to get some to
Holy moley, the Dirty Bird is one hell of a sandwich! The bread is so soft and it is packed full of so much meat and toppings. I am sure their other stuff is good too, but I never dare order anything else now. Staff is really friendly too. Welcome to St. John's guys!
