This was my first time ever eating gumbo and I'm IN LOVE!! literally some of the best food I've ever eaten! You'll definitely be having leftovers because there portion sizes are super generous. I ordered the Trinity and the best way I'd describe it is like a hug from the inside. The most comforting comfort food.
