This Black rock is the best coffee in Gladstone and not only do they make the best coffee in town they have top notch customer service everyone there is happy to see you and they greet you with a smile I give this BR 10 stars out of 10

The coffee is delicious! Expensive, like any other place, but better tasting than Starbucks or Dutch Bros. imo.
The line is always long, and there is no inside ordering, but they tend to work fairly quickly! Faster than mobile ordering at Starbucks and walking in to find out your drink still isn't ready 10 minutes later.
Have picked up from this Black Rock many times and they always do a good job. Not the biggest fan of the drive through setup, but they make it work.
Got a Spring Flower Fuel, quarter sweet, and it was just right. Very beautiful to look at too and refreshing.
Customer service is top notch, per usual for any Black Rock I have been too.
The gingerbread latte was delicious. The eggnog latte was too thick but once we got home and added coffee to it, it was better. Our barrista was great.

Coffee and drinks are always amazing! Friendly helpful employees help you find just what you are craving… from the Oreo Chiller to Italian sodas there is variety that will keep you coming back! If there is a wait it’s well worth it… definitely recommend!
Best coffee, friendly staff w/o becoming your bff, competitive prices, fast service,and my dog loves the pup cup. I just wish they'd offer protein food options.
This team is the best Black Rock team around. They are friendly and rememeber you. They make it such a welcoming environment. I would suggest it. They also make the best coffee and Sugar Free coffee you could ask for. They deserve the big tips! :) Also, they will heat up treats like starbucks does but 100 times better. :)

Tried it for the first time last week on a suggestion from a friend. Was definitely good coffee and the line moved fast I'll definitely will be going back any time I'm down that way.
Like coming to this place for morning coffee. Better than starbucks! Their coffee cups for this holiday are cute and I like it. Employees are always personable and friendly. I suggest that they use cup sleeves instead of double cup coz it’s kinda wasteful. I always forget to take out the outer/unused cup before I tossed it to the garbage can.

The coffee is consistently good and the line swift, even when it starts out long. I have never had burnt tasting or watery coffee here, and I definitely cannot say the same of other coffee drive thru places. Prices have gone up recently and they don't make you download an app and sign up to get your free birthday drink or rewards.

Ok, that was cheesy, but there's nothing cheesy about the amazing job the beautiful people at Black Rock do every day.
Oh yeah, and they make bomb a-- drinks, too, at reasonable prices.

They have great robust coffee and all of the servers have been very polite, helpful and professional. It is lots of love and a little bit of whip it's good every time.:-)
