Love the shortbread dipped in dark chocolate. Best I've had. A local restaurant would sell them and when I tried it, I took note of the name. This location is where they bake and package their cookies but also have their office where extras are sold while fulfilling orders. I wasn't sure if I could come in the door until the staff warmly greeted us and welcomed us in. Peter showed us the facility (behind the red line, ofcourse, to adhere to health and safety standards) because we were such fans and in the office let us try a sample of a possible new flavor. Loved the experience.

Wonderful. Whoever posted that the chocolate shortbread had no flavor must have lost their taste buds. It was given to me by a friend. I will be ordering some. It was delicious,
Local Spokane Coffee Shop, Thomas Hammer, carries these cookies (5" Lemon Dipper and Dipped Gingerbread men). They are absolutely Delicious -nothing compares to McTavish Shortbread, IMO!

All their cookies are delicious. I no longer live in Oregon but every time I come to visit I stop at their store. Not to mention, the people are really friendly and helpful.
