I came through the drive-through this morning with my little sister. We ordered a few drinks and I have to say that the woman working the drive-through is awesome. Her customer service is on point she fully was attentive to us and this lovely woman’s name is Teresa and she should actually be the manager in my personal opinion. Maybe just a promotion or a raise but something something more than just a little sticker or a gold star if she wants to be a manager somebody let her be a manager promote her
There is a wonderful nice lady at the drive thru. I keep forgetting to get her name. She's on top of it and accurate. My order is always complete and hot. I appreciate her so very much. Im not sure if it's ok to reference her as the nice Hispanic lady at the drive thru in the daytime. But that's the only thing I know about her at this point. Anyway, hit the drive thru and show her some love. I guess JIB doesn't allow tip cups, so don't forget to show your appreciation by handing it directly to her. I actually really like the food here. They're the closest tasting burgers to Artic Circle (an old fast food restaurant that was once very popular).
They don't cook your order! until you make it. this is great! it means you're going to wait a little longer at Jack In The Box. but you're going to get fabulous food. I started craving Jack in the Box earlier in the day. well I rolled in and got the double fish combo for $5. I must say it exceeded my expectations. the lettuce was crisp.fish was crispy. A very delicious cut of fish. that was flaky. and not fishy. you got to try one!! I'm telling you!!! HEHEHEHE

It's a Jack-in-the-box... Nonetheless, they were fast, efficient, and they got my order right and I happen to love the Ultimate Cheeseburger, and the basket Tacos... the Sourdough Jack is pretty darn tasty too. What the H. Jack makes tasty treats that I love. So what.
This store is a great one!
My food was delivered and very fast and efficient. I lived the shake. Recommend these guys for a yummy quick meal or snack.

(Just had to update this comment cause yesterday thats nov.2nd they hooked it up with some sauce and another lady named Ruth in the front was pretty cool and repeated our order like 3 times:). FYI ppl who order the 3 piece jalapeño poppers for like 3something lol why?... BTW you get 7 for like a dollar more
They get 5 stars because it is one of very few that never tells me "sorry but we don't have milkshakes at the moment" you know how frustrating it is to always hear that when your only reason for going there is a milkshake lol
I just really hate it when they can't at least say thank you I always think the person at the window and why they can't say it back I'll have no idea they just basically tossed the food at you and you're on your way
We go to Jack in the Box regularly, my wife loves the Fajita Pita. Usually, everything is great, but one time, the Pita was not up to the usual level. My wife called the manager to let her know. Last night, I went through the drive-thru to get a Pita, and ordered the way she likes it - no tomatoes, extra onions....just by the order, the manager recognized me (she had written it down fo the next time we oudered!) This made my wife's day after working an 10 hour shift. That is customer service! And by the way, the Fajita Pita was excellent!
