Main Street Soda Fountain - Portland - Photo album

Has a ton of stuff I mean a ton. Including some of the best milkshakes in Portland. The only thing I don't like is the prices. It's one of those if you don't like it whatever things though. Still highly recommend going here
Seemed like a fun spot for an ice cream stop and the building itself has an interesting and rich history. However, after ordering a few scoops of ice cream I could absorb more details while waiting... the counter smelled of dirty bleach water and the workspace behind the counter is in need of a dee
Very nice establishment. Variety of antique and new items. There is even an old fashioned milkshake/sandwich counter you can sit at and enjoy your item.
Now, I have been to the Main Street Collectors Mall & Soda Fountain before, and I must say, I cannot find any more great and positive things to say about it. For one thing, there are lots of treasures there (especially ones that those who like nostalgia often recognize, like Barbie, the Disney stuff
There is no shortage of vintage and thrift stores in the Portland area, but Main Street collectors was a particularly nice one. There's a small soda fountain in the back that serve sandwiches and shakes. We didn't have anything to eat, but will be back to grab some food and check out all of the awes
The coconut shrimp and wings were good, The fish and chips are way to greasy and fries has no salt also. The chillie fries were not good at all. My daughter has 2 bites and the rest went to the garbage.
Sit in the seat where JFK had once sat and have yourself a shake or sundae.
Lots of vintage and antique toys, housewares, and collectibles in a working soda fountain! Be sure to check out the stool that JFK sat on in 1960
