Baja Fresh - Portland - Photo album

I rarely eat at chain outlets unless I am stuck for a better choice. I wouldn’t put Baja Fresh in that category even though they are a chain outlet. You get large portions of incredibly fresh ingredients on all your chow. I am digging their carnitas bowl with black beans and mango salsa. I can’t say

We catered for 40 people in our office. Food was amazing and there was plenty of food - you can trust their recommended portions. I definitely recommend and will absolutely use them again.

This place is great for one reason. The guy who runs it keeps out the rifraf. Which makes him a bit hard nosed. But he runs this place like a well oiled machine. Food was pretty good but manager was awful, rude and extremely disrespectful, we will not be back to this location. Ice machine shoot was disgusting so we didn't get ice. UPDATE ! newer owners and much improved since my last review. Food was very satisfying !

The food is delicious and the staff is accommodating, but the manager is rude! The way he yells and calls them like servants and less human is demeaning! It was infuriating the moment I saw him treat his busy staff that way, I was stunned.
