Wish I could give zero stars. So many issues. I've worked fast food for many years. So here it goes drive thru was rude could barely hear him and had to repeat multiple times. Get up to window give us our drinks get which is which is wrong and then one was Dr pepper and had zero syrup. The burgers were all cold and undercooked we said well done. The fries were all overcooked. And don't go here if you want actual fast food! Even without a line it took at least 25 minutes at the window to get our food. I'll drive further to the other location for better service and food. Here's hoping we don't end up with food poisoning from those cold undercooked burgers.

Nice staff, always decent in the drive through. Generally quick and mostly accurate orders. Arby's in general, nothing to do with this restaurant, is a bit pricier than the quality and amount you get should dictate.

I always forget that you really shouldn't try to fit Arby's into a half hour lunch break. I spent 18 minutes in the drive thru. Hard to understand what they're doing but each car spent 3-5 minutes waiting for someone to take their order and another 5-6 minutes sitting at the pickup window. Sometimes they don't even open the window for several minutes to take payment. Then it's like they are making each person's order once they reach the window even though it's been almost twenty minutes since they ordered it. Luckily I can take a longer lunch if I want to, if you worked nearby and came here on a half hour lunch break there's no chance you'd have time to eat your food before you had to be back at work.

5:39 arrived at the drive through, ordered 2 French Dips, 1 fry, mozzarella sticks, 6:04 finally received food, cold of course, order incorrect, fries inedible as if they were bagged shortly after the order was placed. Also after waiting the almost 20 minutes (for drive through!!!) was told by the nice man in the drive thru window " we're out of roast beef" only to hear a voice from the kitchen scream out from behind him "we got it". No they don't "got it", at least not tonight they didn't. I've eaten at Arby's for decades and I don't know what meat they slapped on the bun this night but it wasn't their usual paper thin sliced roast beast, this was much different (thicker and grissily) and was not what I was expecting from an Arby's French Dip, suffice it to say I won't be going back for awhile. And we actually waited, there were at least 4 or 5 cars that gave up and left. To bad too, I used to love Arby's.

Listed as dine in and drive through online.
Drive through only when we went.
Not the staff's fault that there's misinformation online, but they were also too busy/shortstaffed to understand the issue.
Food was okay though.

Very disorganized. Took my order at the drive through, then when I got to the window they didn't know what my order was - at all. Had to order again and they guy couldn't seem to understand that their 2-fer special allowed mix and match of the sandwich options...

Drive thru from hell. Only go if you're maybe the only car there. You'll still likely wait 15 or so minutes cause that seems to be about how long it takes per car.
Of course got the order wrong and then acted like it was an inconvenience to correct and no apology or truly any acknowledgement.

I waited in the drive thru line for at least 30 minutes before I decided it wasn't worth the wait. Horrible service. The last time it took nearly as long. I'll never go back there.
