Tied for my favorite pho in Portland. Try their other authentic Vietnamese soups too, the lady that waits is very friendly and personable. I highly recommend the Pho Sate, haven't seen it anywhere else but it is a delicious twist from your standard bowl of Pho.

Some of the best Pho I've had! Great prices, like seriously. Customer service for me has always been great, they've always been friendly to me, but I can tell these folks aren't here to kiss your ass, but make sure you get your delicious food.
