Drive though service is slow. I ended up going inside instead thinking it would be faster. I was wrong. Service is slow throughout.
The condition of the interior is also in need of repair.

The training of new employees could be better. We went through the drive through & the employee opened the sliding glass door, reached for my payment. I had to correct him, are you new? Next time greet, tell me what my total is, and count change back to me. The new employee didn’t count my cash back to me, and did not separate the coins from cash. Spend a little time DQ training your new employees!

It was exactly as one thinks of when thinking about Dairy Queen. Despite not being able to discern the workers' ages, the experience was the same as it is when visiting a DQ that's staffed by the local teens. We would have liked to sit down and have dinner, but all the chairs were put up and the dining room was closed. I'm unsure whether it was closed due to local COVID restrictions, or for other reasons. But because it was the end of our day and I was starving, we went ahead and ordered there.
The food was done correctly, but they still need some polishing of their customer service. When we came in we stood back from the counter while deciding what to eat. Once we made our decisions we both stepped forward right up to the counter to be able to place our order. After standing there for a bit and watching the crew members talking to each other one of them finally noticed that we were standing there watching them and took our order. A couple of the crew walked away to take their break. When our food came up, the remaining crew made sure to get our food to us promptly, which we then took outside to go eat somewhere.

Besides the fact that they were all loud and rude so cashier could barely hear our order. One guy looked to be High or strung out. Another employee was yelling profanities across the restaurant. And was very rude. They also misplaced our order and rudely asked what we ordered then took our recieot to make order. I ordered a original cheese burger without mustard as I'm allergic and guess what I got? An ice cold undercooked burgers with tons of mustard. No way was I calling as they were all unprofessional and rude. I have worked fast food been a fastfood worker many many times. And that was unacceptable behavior in a public working environment. Go to the one up on like 162 they are cleaner, nicer and way more professional. Today was not a merchandiser day but if it was and I had to rate that store let's just say it wouldn't pass it also wouldn't pass health codes for serving undercooked and ice cold meats.

Me and my aunt waited for our order for 20 mins, just for a bacon cheese burger meal with an extra drink. They listened by taking the cheese off, but they also took off my bacon. The burger was like it sat out all day. The french fries were mildly warm, and some even room temperature, while also over salted. Im never coming to this location again.

I am almost 7 months pregnant and ordered the brownie cupfection and was really disappointed when the brownie was rock hard I literally couldn't get a tiny piece with my spoon.. That completely disgusted me so I didn't eat any of it. My daughters blizzard didn't seem fully frozen either the guy didn't hold it upside down. Definitely won't go back.

Some days a Blizzard just really hits the spot, and today was one of those days. Stopped by this Dairy Queen since it's the closest to my boyfriend's house and picked us up a couple of the trademark frozen treats. The service was fast and efficient, and the employee did not forget to tip the Blizzard upside down for me.
The ice cream was slightly melted by the time I got home, but still delicious, maybe a bit too sweet, though that's expected from Dairy Queen. Probably pretty unhealthy. I devoured my chocolate chip cookie dough flavor. My boyfriend enjoyed his Reese's peanut butter cup Blizzard, though he got kind of nauseated after the first half of it.
I'd come back to this location next time I have a Blizzard craving.

Went here at 730 on Thursday night and the door was locked. They were serving people at the drive through. A guy sees us at the door confused and came out to tell us Sorry the dining room closes at 8pm. It was 730pm. We went to Crusers across the street instead.

just went through the drive through, by the time I got home , 3 minutes , the fries were warm and the burgers were cold . and I waited about 7 minutes at the window .

The guy placed a rotten banana in my Banana Split and when I complained about it. He showed me the bananas they have and they were all rotten so I just took the bananas out because he was not planning on doing anything about it

I watch on of the employees yell at a customer from across the room for a mistake they made. Took them 20 min to make two small smoothies because the employees were having a disagreement and not helping anyone.

I've been boycotting this location about 12 years since they gave me an undercooked burger while I was pregnant. We used to go there weekly. Decided to try for free cone day. I was told it's over but no time online then told all DQs done at 8:30 "end of business day" but aren't you still open then it's not the end of the business day.

How do you guarantee I never return to your store again? Forget my order for 15 minutes. Then act like I just walked in the door. I give you my order a second time, you repeat the order to me and tell me you'll bring it to the table , you bring half of the order to the table then have to ask me a second time what the rest of my order was. Seriously, can you say this is a joke when it comes to customer service. The little blonde who shrugged her shoulders and said "I was washing dishes, so it's not my problem". Why to take care of your customers!!!!!!!
