I read some of these reviews & wonder if any of you people have ever been out of the country, let alone Oregon. English isn't their first language, so it takes some effort listening on your part to understand them. Get over it. I'm sure their English is better than your Mandarin (or whatever it is they speak).
That being said, I go here 3x a week. Every sandwich I've ordered has been amazing, and the people are always smiling & happy to see me.
It does *look* like a bit of a dive, but don't let that deter you. This lady is a sandwich artist.
The folks at the Bistro were nice and the bagels were good. I had cream cheese with sliced tomatoes, the tomatoes were crisp and fresh. My girlfriend had a ham egg and cheese and liked it.
Had a breakfast sandwich, it was good and quick.
