Ordered a Cheese Quesadilla and got a cold tortilla that looked like it was cooked and cheese wasn’t even melted inside. Poor service and rude drive through workers. Will not be going back. I will drive the extra minutes in the opposite direction to the other Taco Bell instead.
We came here for lunch and went through the drive-thru.
We purchased the 8 pack of 4 tacos and 4 5 layer burritos. We had asked if we could substitute some burritos for some of the tacos in the 12 pack and were told that they couldn't do that. Other taco-bell's have so I guess it's their choice no
I am extremely disgruntled with this location. They rarely get my order correct. Tonight I ordered a Burrito Supreme Combo and did not receive the crunchy taco that was supposed to be included. When you go through the drive through it is difficult to check the order without delaying traffic so these
This is the most horrible Taco Bell that I have ever been to. The last three times I have been here they take 30+ minutes and the food is consistently cold. I had a $25 order and not one of the items was good. Cheese was not melted, meat was cold. Packaged extremely poorly. Everything was carelessly
Staff are childish & Rude!! Ordered green salsa & the cashier rolled their eyes like I was making them work harder. When I opened the salsa it was only a quarter filled. The drive thru line took a long time too, at least 10 min, 2 cars got out of line because it was taking so long. Horrible service
Taco Bell always been alright I'm not saying their really good or bad. Their ok this place is my quick food getaway when i forget to cook, my kids love it. I do recommend taco bell time to time but not always though their ok.
Horrible experience ordering inside. Was instructed AT THE COUNTER by AN EMPLOYEE that we had to order on tablets in the lobby because they would NOT personally take our order.

Ordered a Mexican pizza meal and a side of pintos and cheese when I got home nothing in bag was correct was a bunch of different tacos. Wasn’t given a recipe had horrible customer services wants to blame it on being short staffed. Really not that hard to check the order before it goes out.
