Not bad experience. Normal great subway taste and efficiency. I was told though that the sandwich I wanted was not "customizable" I had to have whatever veggies they decided. They acted like they were being so kind to let me choose mayonnaise over the oil and vinegar that they were "supposed" to put on the sandwich. I have ordered the same sandwich several different places and never once had an employee try to choose what I put on it. I'm such a loyal subway fan I won't let if come between us. But I probably won't visit that location tomorrow.

Worst sandwich of my life
Completed a web order. It was supposed to be 15 minutes. I went down there after 30 minutes and it had not been started. Waited another 10-15 minutes for it to be prepared. Came home starving only to be presented with the most disgusting sandwich I have ever had. It smelled like there was tuna fish in it which I abhor. I asked for it to have black pepper on it but I think it was drenched in salt. I can never think of a time I could not eat something even if it was not appealing. Been a loyal customer but not sure I will ever go back.

Happened today at 1230. To the heavy set woman, please don't take your smoke breaks directly in front of the entry doors, only to serve us food right after. Please move more swiftly and try not to drop our sandwiches on the floor. Thank you.

Too busy getting flowers for and interacting with another customer to see customer waiting for 3 minutes. No veggies on the line. Cleaning the line as she’s making my sandwich. Lifts metal containers out to take to back. Drips liquid from underneath metal containers across my sandwich and it doesn’t even register with her. Asks me what veggies I want and I tell her what happened and leave.

What a poor experience!!!! Zero customer service, a male employee using profanity and it seemed that being there to order a sandwich was interrupting/annoying the three employees behind the counter. It is a shame, because I work very close to this location and have been going there for almost 5 years. Unfortunately, that stops today.

The employee Chrissy or Christa, not sure, had a great smile and was very thorough and fast, very helpful on the menu as well, as an HR, I say she's a gem, place was clean, wish there were bigger signs to show your presence though....
