Very extensive pizza menu and very authentically Italian! You can feel it in this restaurant. The service here is great and the food is great. Both pizzas - margherita and diavola - were delicious. I’d go with the diavola (which is basically pepperoni) if I had to pick one. The Milan Salad was also delicious. Simple yet savory. Oh and the inside dining is set up in a very spacious space and there is a lot of distance between all the tables.

We stopped by while exploring Portland. We had the most amazing rice ball. It was so good that we had to go back on our last day in Portland. We also had different salads and gnocchi. Everything was excellent. Service is great. Restaurant is beautifully decorated.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The owners are very friendly and accomodating (they also have a very nice story about their relationship and the history of the restaurant). The wood-fired pizza is served Italian style, which means they don't slice it for you. It is very tasty with fresh ingredients. They have a a large selection of beer and wine to choose from as well.

Solid pizza and casual atmosphere. You can tell they put a lot of care into their ingredients and cuisine. I wasn’t a fan about the pizza being uncut, but the food is certainly authentic. Would recommend for a simple but tasty meal

Even though I am sure I butchered the pronunciation of the food I ordered the gentleman on the phone was patient and polite. He even joked around with me about it. Order was ready in fifteen minutes and was delicious. We ordered the margarita pizza and the gnocchi. Both of which were delicious. I would even say that it was easily the best pizza I've ever had. Unfortunately we were so hungry I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the food before we ate it. The restaurant itself is in a good location, and is nicely decorated and maintained. Also worth noting is that they gave us our food with a pamphlet both thanking us for ordering from them and listing off their ingredients and where they come from. I have never had another restaurant do that and it was a nice surprise.

I am always very impressed when the owner of an establishment serves tables with great enthusiasm and exceptional service, and that is what the owner of pizzarino does. The wait staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. To me, it is the best classic Italian cuisine in Portland, even though it may not be the most renowned. Always worth a trip, and the limoncello is to die for.

This was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. It worth every penny. The staff was great inside when I went for pickup, and I learned some of the ingredients and wood fire stove were right from Italy. Definitely recommend you grab a bite from this authentic Italian spot while in Portland.

This is the REAL Italian deal. My husband had the Margherita pie on the traditional Italian crust and immediately said "this is my favorite pizza in Portland". We loved talking to Mauro and learning about his unique crust that is made with the best Italian ingredients and 5 different healthy flours. I loved that they offered a 9" gluten free crust, and it was delicious. It tasted like real pizza crust. The sausage and mushrooms were fresh, and the sauce tasted like it arrived straight from Italy. We highly recommend.
