Awesome kitchen, great space, lots of cool products made in house.
We ordered Figgy's pop-up; we miss the restaurant, but the occasional pop-up lets us get our Figgy's fix.
Best food I’ve had from a restaurant in awhile. I have the Jerk chicken, Yellow rice, and candied yams. The food was exquisite and flavorful. I would definitely recommend it.
Great non profit! It is so great to see such an innovative 501c3 in the Portland area supporting and fostering amazing restaurants and entrepreneurs.
This is a wonderful facility to start up a food related company at a reasonable price. Vendors can rent "table space" for prep work, then use common equipment to produce. lab is open 24 hours daily, to facilitate any needed schedule .
