We've never had an order correct at this location. We keep giving up, but then a year or so we'll pass and we'll try to give it a try again, but there are always issues. Tonight, they were out of beef patties. My husband ended up driving to the Lloyd Center one where it took over an hour to get his order. So, over an hour and a half for "fast food". We're done with Burger King for good.

I have visited some of the best steakhouses in this country and still love a whopper for what it is. Sadly, especially around the Portland area, fast food restaurants are mostly miss. But not this one!
How in such a tattered area, has she (general manager) managed to not only keep the dining room open, but hire/train competent staff, keep the lot and dining room clean and serve orders pleasantly and quickly?

At the hotel across the way they didnt answer the phone so we walked over drive thru was the only thing open we placed our order for 4 and they placed our order and after about 3 min of waiting got told they where out of chicken for the burgers so we switched items and then after we got our order i asked if we could get Ketchup or fry sauce they where out of it. We waited on are coke and i guess they ran out of coke as well.... long night and the crew felt like they were new and just out of school not very knowledgeable

I read a bunch of reviews as I was in the drive threw. I give my expierence a 4 star.
They took my order, but when I got up to the window, it was like i hadn't ordered it. They made an honest mistake because humans and technology tend to have problems from time to time. (And thats ok)
The gentleman whom I had the pleasure of conversing with quickly apologized and fixed the order.
Give them a little more grace if mistakes happen and don't rate them 1 star because you don't have a car for the drive threw. It's a safety thing y'all.

Picked up a couple of mobile orders through the drive thru during the 2-3pm - not real busy - hour. The orders were completely screwed up, many items were wrong or missing entirely. (I'm sorry, but there is no excuse for this when it comes to mobile orders, where it is clearly printed what the customer wants, and you're not expected to have to decipher what the customer is requesting through a scratchy speaker). The guy working the window was very rude, and obviously doing me a huge favor by completing my large orders. After lots of me showing the receipts he handed me, he realized that I had indeed paid for the missing items, and they were haphazardly shoved in a bag and thrust through the window. I didn't even mess with getting the wrong items corrected due to the ordeal of just getting what I paid for. Sorry, Burger King, your food isn't even very good. Certainly not good enough to warrant that kind of treatment when there are 100 better burgers in town. Even the bargain deal on "Whopper Wednesday" doesn't hold enough appeal.

This place closed the front door, the only thing open was the drive thru, I'm staying in the hotel next door, my car with a big trailer will not fit in the drive thru and they will not serve those who use they two legs to order. This is discrimination against people who can't use car and goes against the Portland city code.

I love the food, I only gave it three stars cause my wife didn't like what she ordered. Which I get it its her fault except she had a friend who worked there talking her into it.
