The people there is really nice and friendly I'll recommend stopping by.
Stop by 7/23/22 to pickup lunch for a birthday drive my husband was taking me on. The staff 2 woman-wish I would of gotten their name, but they were both personable, helpful and professional. Sandwich was made to our liking and just the right toppings we chose. Thank you both for the great service!
I’m not really a subway person but the employees made the experience great and also suggested a great sandwich.
Food was good but the lady behind the counter had no personality. Very blah and made us feel we were bothering her to ask to make our subs

Employees are kind and work at a decent pace during rush hours. Store is always clean and you are normally greeted with a smile. Honestly the employees deserve a raise in their pay.👌

Manager is awesome. If I ever have a problem she addresses it right away. Fast, a little crowded at noon, clean. Respectful. Almost every time I walk through the door I'm greeted with " Hello Welcome to Subway ". I do feel welcome Thanks guys
Had the bacon turkey wrap with guacamole. It was excellent! Had everything on it except cucumbers, I don't like them. A good sandwich, but I think it's overpriced. 6 ninety-nine would be better than seven 99, I don't know why it costs so much. Nevertheless, I give it a 7 out of 10. If the price comes down I'd give it a nine out of ten. Yeah
It's Subway. You watch them make your food. The staff is hit and miss: You can get a friendly person and you could get someone with a McJob attitude. I haven't had any bad experiences here. The price is right and the food tastes good if you like Subway sandwiches. The eating area is clean.
Portola is a small city, it's not your average city size though. It is one place in Plumas County that attracts a lot of vacationers and different events attendees. During the right seasons of course. This Subway I have been to before, they serve exactly the same thing in every store elsewhere. There were a lot of people around when I went. The workers were tired of course, it was getting towards closing time. The lady was so nice and I felt bad that people can be so rude and angry and take it out on a worker just trying to make money.
I've been to a number of Subway restaurants, and the staff here was the friendliest and nicest of any of the ones that I've been to. The place was clean, not too crowded but it was early, and slightly small. But, like I say, very nice staff.

Girls behind the counter were fabulous. Great sense of humor. Had us laughing out the door.
Workers were very friendly and fun to talk with during mine and my mother's visit. Look forward to returning to the establishment soon.
