Very unprofessional I walked in 1 in the afternoon waiting about 10 minutes before somebody came from the back just for her to tell me the oven was turned off & it won’t be turned on til 5 in the afternoon.. how does a sub place turn a toaster on late in the evening

THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DIRTY. They dropped the pan the subs go on to be toasted on the ground and put it back on the table where they were preparing someone’s food. When the person mentioned it touched their sandwich the manager told the customer it didn’t and proceeded to argue with him.

I had two sandwiches delivered this afternoon. BLT subs with lots of veggies, but no dressings or sauces. When I got the subs, there was Mayo. I didn’t know who delivered because the app crashed and all I could see was my order history, so I called the subway. The guy who answered had an accent and

20 minutes before I left with only one other person in line! Made sandwich wrong. Someone left old, opened brown avocado on the line. No free cookie with my avocado!! Overall not a great experience!
