Recently I had a disappointing experience with Domino's on Airline Blvd in Portsmouth, VA. I complained and the new GM, JORDAN, listened to me and the other customers. She has turned that store around by hiring new staff, delivery drivers, and retraining staff. She deserves high praise for the greatly improved customer service. Today I received my delivery in 20 minutes , the food was hot and delicious. Thank you, Jordan. I don't know how you turned things around so fast, but you did it.
Delightful workers and the food was good however they still made our food wrong yet again. This was a replacement for the last time they messed it up. I always order right but they don't seem to check the actual order before they make it.
Pizza was great, trying to order online was a nightmare and then the order never went through, so super frustrating. Once we spoke to an actual person it was an A+ experience.
