We love this place! However, their customer service was off today as they had limited staff. We were missing items from our order that they gladly got for me, but I had to go in to get them. But the staff is courteous.

We stopped in from Spokane the other day and man! The food was fresh, delicious and the guy at the counter (it looked like he had braces on his teeth?) was super nice. We will need to make that trip more often 🤣 I love me some red beans and rice!

I would not recommend the Popeyes Louisiana Chicken in Post Falls. First off they were really skimpy on sauce on the sandwiches both the hot sauce for the spicy chicken sandwich and mayo on the classic. Additionally they just throw in fries that were Luke warm at best and oil soaked and very soggy

I've been going to Popeyes back in my over the road days ! And being from Idaho it was unique food , menu, miss the Cajun rice , but anyway Iv tried them all around the US. And my local Post Falls has the freshest tasting , good to the last bite . Worth the Wait in the long line but it will move f

This is definitely one of my fave fast food places right now. Their chicken sandwiches are amazing! The breading on the chicken is crunchy and delicious. I know everywhere is understaffed right now but they’re still so friendly and personable here. Great food, great service!

Best fast food I have EVER had hands down!! If you've never eaten there you're missing out. The regular chicken sandwich, cinnamon apple pie, and OMG the macaroni and cheese (I don't even like it usually) are the best I've ever had. We drive all the way to Post Falls from Spokane just to get Popeyes

My experience was great. They were able to do a 16pc dark meat order with no hesitation, and they were busy. The gal at the counter was great to deal with. I saw 9 folks there, and all were busy getting orders completed.

I am still wondering what type of pigeon they use...smallest chicken pieces I have ever seen. $16 meal and I am still hungry. No lids for sodas, pretty sad. Red beans and rice barely three spoonfuls. Skip this place and go to KFC. Does not honor TV specials either.
