We came for DC trivia and got some happy hour items before it started (happy hour ends at 6:30pm, trivia starts at 7). We got the hot crab dip and calamari to share among 3 people; needless to say I was still hungry and I will definitely be trying a meal item next time. The crab dip was just slightly burnt but still yummy, and the calamari was great and came with a nice mayo kind of dip with some peppers in it. I got a perfect gin martini which was a little sweet and smooth and smelled very nice. The trivia host was very friendly and we will surely be back for more.

Excellent Irish place in our area. Food is delicious, staff is great, and decor works very well with it all.

I came here and tried out their burger, it was very good and has an amazing smoked flavor without the char, but the fries, were boarkwalk style and none of my friends liked them, they have changed to these fries from other ones that were really good years ago. This place has a bar seating area and a fancy white table seating area on the other side of the location. The food comes out fast and hot. The fish and chips were nice and crispy, minus the chips which again, none of my 5 friends have liked. The service is pretty good. There is a live band about 4 times a week or so in the bar area which is really nice, you can check out their website for more information.

Great food and fantastic service. One of the best corn beef sandwiches ever! Served with an au jus for dipping and packed with Cole slaw and gruyere cheese, wow! Desert was a whole wheat carrot cake that sounded healthy but tasted like a cheat day.

Would definitely recommend this place. Awesome vibes, life music, flavourful dishes, fantastic customer service. Highly recommended. suggestions : please add more vegetarian and vegan dishes. stop the use of plastic , use normal glas for sodas in stead of plastic cups ; it tastes better and it saves the planet. #saynotoplastic

Nice Irish pub to grab a drink. They don't have a ton of craft beers on tap but they do a good job rotating them. The bar is huge and wraps around to the dining room.

A great addition to a very tough spot to fill at Cabin John mall. The layout is beyond better than what it was with Benny's, food is good, live music, and now they are hosting every football game this season! Open late which is nice and an excellent bar staff!

Tasty Shepherd's pie but portion was smaller than expected. Service was good but not great. Server seemed to busy and rushed. Had to ask for soda bread with dinner when I saw others got it.

Awesome atmosphere. Didn't get to eat was there to watch a band. Others in my group who did get food said it was great. Band was great. Prices are reasonable. Bartender was slower than molasses on a winter morning ( not busy at bar or service station) and had the personality of a wombat but everyone is entitled to a bad day.

Delicious food, great bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys on Sundays. Also amazing service and atmosphere. Really homey place, very dog friendly, will be coming back often. Looking forward to experiencing live music here!

We went to a private party here. Food bites were tasty but since our host had done the ordering I don't have a strong opinion about the food and no opinion at all about regular menu. Still, the surroundings were pleasant, parking easy, roll up doors gave it an indoor-outdoor feeling on a nice afternoon and beer was cold. So thumbs up from me.

Beer selection is excellent. Food is very good but can be a bit expensive. Live music is good, but very loud--fortunately they have quieter tables on the back. Lighting is dim, we had to use our phone's flashlight to read the menu. Great ambience. Their bread is also very good. Ample free parking.

Fun experience and good food. My husband and I are regulars and we often hit "Happy Hour". We always walk away saying the same thing...don't know how they do it but we are so happy they do!" Drinks and apps priced lowest than anywhere else around. We have tried so many of their items but favorites are fried calamari, sausage stuffed rolls with special Irish mustards and the hummus. Entrees are all great for $10! (Happy Hour). Nice large bar to sit at and tables. Dining room great and nice menu. Tasty food.

Awesome Irish Bar in Potomac, MD...what?! really?! It's true. They have live music almost every night, and we met the Owner (Ted). He and all the employees were friendly. Recommend without hesitation!

This is our local pub. We go once a week roughly, and have been doing so for the past year at least. Finally - a place local to us with some character, that feels like a neighborhood hangout. The food is excellent, the staff is enthusiastic, and the atmosphere is friendly and cozy. Recently we caught brunch on a Sunday and man was that good! Real corned beef hash with fried eggs and sourdough, with scones and cream complimentary. So we do brunch now too. Nice mix of Irish and pub fare. The burgers are outstanding.
