For my daughter's birthday party, I ordered a frame cake with a neon theme. The owner was incredibly nice and kind, showing me different colors and explaining the cake thoroughly. Needless to say, we absolutely loved the cake! Thank you so much!
BEAUTIFUL STORE! AMAZING SERVICE! Worker greeted me sweetly immediately when I entered, and seemed eager to help with anything I needed. Store was perfectly clean and organized, great environment to be in. Will be visiting again soon!
We had been disappointed when this BR had to leave Cabin John Village. We had been told it would reopen at Seven Locks, but when it didn't happen for a while, we feared it might never do so.
So we're very delighted to find it here, still serving great ice cream. Understand, not every BR is the same. The ones that are half Dunkins just aren't nearly as good. This is the full-store BR, the type that is increasingly hard to find. The kind with the full array of BR flavors and tons of ways of serving. I find that the ice cream at this kind of BR just always tastes fresher and better than at the half-Dunkin ones.
My opinion is that BR ice cream (at least at this type of store) compares favorably with its premium ice cream competitors, while offering lower prices. Pralines and Cream is still my favorite! But there are so many terrific BR flavors: baseball nut, jamoca almond fudge, chocolate peanut butter, etc. Still great after all these years.
Beautiful shop staffed by exceptionally friendly employees, offering incredible customer service! With an abundance of flavors to select from, you can rest assured knowing you'll find something delicious to enjoy!
This is the best ice cream store in the world that I've ever tasted! Its way better than any we have ever tasted!

The store looked absolutely amazing and the cake that we got from here looked beautiful. Also, the employees were extremely kind.
This is a wonderful location they opened up! When I came everything was sparkling clean. The furniture was modern and comfortable to relax and have my icecream. I got a pecan vanilla flavor and it was amazing! The small size was perfect and more than enough icecream for me. The store attendant was also welcoming, kind and helped me quickly.
I've been going here for 25 years. Great customer service from staff & owner. They hire young people from our area and train them well to deliver friendly, professional, customer oriented service!
Once I even asked for my favorite ice cream (rum raisin) that was not out for sale at the time and they went to the back & scoop it for my ice cream sundae! I LOVE their sundaes, especially with rum raisin ice cream and also LOVE their vanilla malt shakes. Both of those items are difficult to get elsewhere, so I'm glad I can get it right here in my neighborhood!
This is a good location for Baskin Robbins in the area. Staff is generally younger high school kids or new grads. They do a good job helping customers but sometimes the service leaves a bit desired. Seating inside is limited given the social distancing guidelines, but they do have a few tables outside the store.
Ice cream is good but pricey - but that become a norm around the area. Whatever part of the paycheck is left after Whole Foods shopping will go towards buying ice cream for kids over summer!
Parking in this shopping strip can be a pain given the stores here.
Very big clean store and great variety with cakes. Has the biggest selection of flavors I've seen and they do photo cakes too! Offer allergy free cakes and gluten free as well. 👍👍👍
This BR is close to Cabin John park, so it is a very convenient place to stop by after the children's playtime. The kids loved the ice cream and the choice of different types of cones.
If there are a lot of people inside it can get a crowded, but there is space outside to hangout.
Their Customer service is really outstanding. Very friendly staff. One time I ordered online and was backed up to pick up because of work. They normally close at 10:00pm that night and called me to let me know they will wait for me. I got there at 10:30 and it was the owner that waited for me for extra 30 minutes. Now that is going above and beyond. Thank you.
This is a great ice cream place! I very often go there to enjoy one of the many flavors of ice cream that they have. The staff are very helpful and nice!
