Placed my order at 10:59 thinking everything was fine because closing was at 12. Instead my order gets canceled at 11:00 on the dot claiming I was “unable to reach” I had 0 missed calls / emails from this place and I attempted to call and was immediately transferred to an automated message stating they were closed and my card was charged TWICE by them for what reason? Then reimbursed. Beyond frustrated. Also first time ordering from here they were rude on the phone when they gave me the incorrect food. This place deserves 0 business. I’d give 0 stars if I could they don’t even deserve 1.

I love when I'm waiting on my order for over an hour yet you don't have the common courtesy to contact me and let me know that you decided to cancel my order after I have waited all of this time. No email, no phone call, nothing. Wonderful.

Every pizza I have ordered from this location has been under cooked where the center of the dough was gewy. And when you order toppings, like the previous post, they are pitiful. Even after numerous complaints and negative posts, nothing has changed at this location.

I know there have been a lot of negative reviews on here lately, but I wanted to share my experience with this Papa John's tonight. Our order was delivered ahead of time, the pizza was hot, and the pizzas were made exactly per my online order. And all on the night of the CFB Championship! So for what it's worth, I'm giving this PJ franchise 5 stars! Keep it up!

Their semi truck seems to like to block the drive thru pick up window at peak times. When you go inside they usually seem very overwhelmed and disorganized. The papa track app will say my pizza is done but the employees either can't find it or it is not really done.
The food is on par with other Papa John's though so if you like their product it should be fine here. But if you order at a super busy time expect a wait and probably some poor communication on when your food will be done. Have definitely been told "5 more minutes" and then had it be 25 more minutes at this place.

Since COVID-19 began, it's been a real challenge to place an order. The website constantly say "Delivery Temporarily Unavailable" for this location. This happens so frequently, I haven't been able to place an order in months. Before COVID-19, most of my orders were okay. My only gripe is that the pizza often seemed undercooked from this location.

What is this though..I asked for a pepperoni and green pepper pizza and this is what we received. Just laziness. The employee working when I came in the store was too busy chugging her sprite to remember that I had ordered Sierra mist as well. Also, was not masked when she came to pick up, and hand me my order. Seemed to be the only one working and the store was dead. But I guess there were more important things to do than the one and only thing she was responsible for. Hopefully the rest of the employees at this store are a bit more motivated. Doubt I will return.

Semi trucked was allowed to be parked in the drive thru only lane so I couldn't get my pizza. The manager and driver seen me there waiting and they decided to unload the truck there instead of In front of the door!! Never picked the phone as I tried to call for 40 minutes! Finally when I got home with other food someone picked up. Manager Jeff said I could just walk in when I called. I informed him of my injury and why I ordered there since it has a .... drive thru window.... Sounded like he could care less. Contacted corporate and never got a response. Lost a 5 star review and nows its 1 cause you can't do zero. Will never order from this location again. Maybe the entire franchise now since corporate doesn't care either.
