Great service. If it ain't right they will go out of their way to fix it. Too many reviewers of many companies complain about their finished product but never point it out. How will a company know anything is wrong. Anyway, this Domino's is one of the best in knoxville area. Service to satisfaction period. Very nice employees and great tasting food. And remember, if you don't think your food is up to par this place will definitely make it right. 10 stars for customer service.
We placed an order today for 10 large pizzas for a birthday party. We ordered this morning and scheduled the delivery for later in the day. Our order was delivered on time, all pizza's were made correctly and the driver was super friendly and even helped us get them organized and sat out. Thank you all for a great experience!!
I actually was not completely satisfied with my order but the manager Luke stepped up and made me happy with his response. The pizzas were on point and the items which I have previously in the past been very satisfied with he refunded. No harm no foul and we will definitely be back for the great service, food and prices! We love this Dominos! Our favorite delivery driver is Walter "Jasper" !! He obviously enjoys his job! He's been 1 of our regular drivers for at least 10 years! We moved but Jasper still remembered us and takes a quick second to talk about our dog (named Jasper). Maybe it's our awesome Powell community but I feel like this store and their employees really care about customer service!
I've been ordering from Domino's for the last year. And every single time the pizza has arrived accurate, hot, and earlier than expected. Their Pizza is delicious and will continue with their service for now on!
