Horrible service. Drink half full. Whopper with Cheese cut in half. Took these pics after my nephew bit into it. To pay regular price for half of the service is awful. This happened at 9:40pm 8/1/2021

The person at the window stole my daughters bank card and made charges immediately after her purchase. We tried calling the store to speak to the manager but the call goes nowhere. The automated message tells you to choose an option but it repeats and you’re never able to get through to anyone.
This location (Dutchtown) is always fast and accurate with my order. Staff has never been rude even when ordering for my super-fussy mom (no mayo, no mustard, no ketchup, extra pickles, light onion). I appreciate this location! They usually have great deals/promotions running, too.

Got food poisoning! Wish I could give a zero. Had already had several experiences where orders were incomplete or just wrong. That's aggravating, but food poisoning is a deal breaker. Avoid the location at Airline Hwy and Hwy 42.
