Review Playa Azul - Pratt

We shared the combo beef and chicken fajitas. Most was diced up pretty small and I loved that. BF prefers the larger strips of meat.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant and great food. If I lived in this town I'd be a regular!

Horrible Experience. Waited 20 min before anyone aknowledged us to be seated.... (Mind you only about 5-7 other people in the place at the time) Finally got a seat , noticed the other empty tables still had dirty dishes .. Rude waitress... another 30 min before she took our order... Food finally came and was overcooked (because she didn't give us a chance to tell her how we wanted our steak done) and it was cold ..... Disgusting place .. dirty and terrible food ... Even the salsa tasted like it was made with 50% black pepper... Don't waste ur time .... If u want good Mexican food there is another place in town ... Look it up

I really enjoy the food and always have but the last 2 times I've have a bad experience. There is a young woman that works as a waitress that is extremely rude. Never came back to check on us and got our drinks wrong and when we mentioned it to her she ran to tell another employee instead of addressing it herself. Never smiles and is so rude. Even watched her wait other tables, thinking she might just not like us, and she was the same with them. Not sure if she enjoys her job but there has to be something out there for her. Poor lady

Terrible service! Ordered 6 meals only received 2 of those 6 meals had to ask for the other 4 meals but only got 2 of them. We were about to pay and the waitresses tried to charge us for 7 meals instead of the 4 we had received. She didn't check up on us once. We asked for silverware but she never brought us any had to go get it ourselves. And the food was very very salty. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat but after today I don't think I will be going back again.

Food was good. But our waitress was so rude and hateful. I tried to ask her something about the menu and she just walked off. It was the same thing when i asked for more chips. She walked off and came back later to get me some more. I needed refills on our drinks and more salsa and wasnt about to ask for how i was getting treated by this lady. And she definitely wasnt going to go out of her way to get them refilled for me on her own. And when i ask for silverware after having my plate of food in front of me for a while. She made a face and handed me the silverware and was like "here" This was the first time i have ate here and it will b the last just because of that waitress... i felt uncomfortable and i was pretty mad the whole time i was there because of how i was treated by the waitress..

The rudest and poorest service I have had any place in my memory. Eleven of us...waitress was put out with every order - made us feel like we were putting her out. Only one person had the guts to ask for chicken instead of beef and you would have thought she threw cold water on the waitress. When wait staff brought food out and called a "number" most of us ordered what we wanted and had no idea what the number was, if it took a minute for one to answer due to not knowing what that number was, he just put the plate down anywhere and let us pass it to the person who ordered. Then one order was not brought out at all and we were made to feel it was our error! How hard can a taco and burrito be? I would NEVER set foot in this place again.

We walked in with 18 people ages 2 - 58 and they accommodated us. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Our waiter had us laughing allot. INCREDIBLE food! Definitely recommend this place.
