Simply the best huevo rancheros in ptown. It’s only reason to leave busy commercial street and try out this sode of town. The service is very friendly, it look like a family diner from inside and outside, and everyone are welcome here. They also have nice egg Benedict and pancakes here. Food was fresh and good quality as well as quantity wise. This place has additional specials everyday apart from regular breakfast, brunch, lunch entrees. Good for all sort of payment option except Amex.

First off the food is GREAT! Very clean with speedy service. My only issue/complaint is the waiter with the neck tattoo, grey hair, and glasses. The three of us arrived 15 min before they closed not knowing their hours of operation. When we walked in the waiter mentioned above gave us a stare then rolled his eyes and walked away. Another waitress came and treated us and sat us at a table. We ordered and we’re out of there in 20 min. We even left before some patrons that were already dining prior to us arriving. The three of us went back the following morning because of the amazing food at really reasonable prices for the area. Again the waiter with the neck tattoos was working. Before I even made it all the way inside he directed us to be seated at a table in the front corner. And he wasn’t even the greeter or our waiter. I don’t wish punishment for the gentleman mentioned. It just doesn’t hurt or cost anything to be nice especially when you’re customer facing representation a business.
Really great breakfast. Very clean and friendly staff. Chocolate chip and banana pancakes. My friend had the most fluffy omelette he has ever had. Highly recommend this place to start off your day.
This place is awesome! Has a true casual diner design/feel with fun artwork. Super friendly staff, amazing menu with so many good options I could eat here everyday for weeks and not get the same thing. Prices are right on point and the food is top notch. Each ingredient is fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked perfect with each other which makes for amazing food. I had the California Benedict, my wife had the breakfast burrito, and my son had the French toast. It was all amazing

Tidy small restaurant with very good wait staff. The kitchen can be a bit slow. Excellent vegetarian options. Parking on the side and front. The main entrance is not wheelchair accessible, but there is a door with a ramp to the main dining area they will open. The restrooms are clean & wheelchair accessible as well.
I've stopped in on two Sundays, one early in spring, one in June, closer to the busy season. Service was very professional. Our meals on both visits were very good. The huevos rancheros were particularly good. The dining room can get loud when it's full.
The best Cuban I’ve had in Ptown!!! And the fries were fresh and salted well! I will definitely be back to try their breakfast!

Breakfast at Chach is one of my favorite little traditions in P'town. Friendly and familiar staff, and you almost always see friends dining alongside you. A BLT and fries makes for a perfect lunch.

I’m a pancake loyalist - I’m not usually a French toast guy. However, a friend insisted we order it. It was absolutely incredible. I ate three pieces, which appear small but are super filling. I’ve been thinking about this French toast for the past two weeks. It is simply one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten.
Food was excellent with good portions and the service was friendly. Hectic trying to flag someone down to put our name in for a table but that's to be expected
