My friends and I got in after a later ferry ride over from Boston and were hungry, so we decided to head to this Mistralino since we've heard good things.
Food: The food was delicious! Great Italian & lots of thought put into the flavors & ingredients. I would order pretty much anything off the menu. The cabernet sauvignon wine I had was also delicious, & my friend's espresso martini was also very good.
Service: The waitstaff was kind & friendly, always checking in to make sure we had what we needed. The food took a bit to come out, but the restaurant was very busy on that Friday evening with nice weather.
Atmosphere: It was adorable from the minute we walked through the garden to the outdoor seating area then inside for our meal. In ambient lighting, the walls are covered in beautiful plates that contain writing of different patron's favorite memories. You can purchase a plate with a donation of your choice (cash) & the proceeds go to the local church's meal provision program. It's fantastic!
10/10 would recommend this place!
A wonderful quaint Italian restaurant. Every staff member was beyond delightful and made the experience that much better.
The food was unbelievable. I got the linguine with clams with the white sauce. They did not skimp on the clams, had to be a dozen or more shells plus tons more in the pasta. The broth was to DIE for. I started dipping the complimentary bread into the broth and eating it.
I got a cranberry margarita which was a great summer cocktail that was balanced perfectly but was effective in its task!
At the end they do take a cash donation for the Provincetown Food Kitchen if anyone wants, they did not pressure us at all. It was a great gesture and they let the table sign a plate that gets put up on their wall!
Lovely place with lots to offer. We will be back.

We had dinner reservations for three here recently and loved the family atmosphere. We were seated in a small outside patio attached to the main house. The facility is old but quaint and well maintained. There's a tiny bar upstairs with a view of the Pilgrims Tower that is really cool and the plates, the plates, theyre everywhere!
Service was a little slow and not bad but not really friendly either. I've noticed this vibe in a couple of other restaurants here and Im not sure if its a regional thing or what but it doesn't garner any points with me.
We started with a bottle of chianti and ordered the truffle arancini and a caesar salad for the table and found them both delicious. The arancini was perfectly fried and had that earthy truffle flavor. The marinara on the side was good as well. The caesar was just the right portion for three to share.
Our entrees were the Sunday gravy and the lasagna. Both came out of the kitchen fairly quick and were well prepared and hot. The lasagna was the better of the two but the Sunday gravy was loaded with sausages and meatballs. Both these entrees were well presented, delicious and are large enough to share.
The brownie sunday makes for a great finish to a great meal. It is chocolatey rich, chewy and large enough for two to share.
We will definitely be going back and would recommend this spot for anyone who likes good Italian dining

It's a red sauce Italian restaurant. The food is fine. But nothing special. I don't understand some of the reviews. I don't want to leave a bad review because well, the food was fine. Service was great. But don't expect any high-end cuisine. Spaghetti meatballs, chicken parmesan, with a slightly more refined setting then typical restaurants with this fare.
Personal service excellent. Have my favorites—best lasagne I’ve ever tasted. Probably order zucchini w/pasta more than anything along with chicken frachaise—very tender. Ambience is cozy & beautiful.
Amazing Italian red sauce establishment in PTown! Lovely seating indoors, and outdoors awaits. Delicious food from the appetizers to the main entrees. Check out the Lasagna Lounge and bar upstairs after/ before dinner!
This was our favorite spot to dine & have cocktails while in P-Town. Food was amazing & owners Dominick & Matt were amazing hosts. We are already planning our trip back! Can’t wait ♥️
Great authentic Italian food. Friendly, efficient service, reasonably priced. Lasagna was particularly delicious. Cute outdoor patio area was appreciated so we could bring our dog. Highly recommended.
What a discovery. one block off Commercial. Felt like I was in one of those out of the way places you find in Italy, where only the locals know. Portions are more than ample---will need a take-home box. Flavor and presentation made for one of the best dinners we have had in Provicetown .
I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food was amazing but the overall atmosphere was just great. They also have great customer service and welcomed our service dog with open arms.
We will definitely be back!
Fabulous appetizer of beets followed by scrumptious entree of scallops, finished off with brownie sundae with vanilla ice cream. Top Notch all the way!
Step aside Chef Ramsey, there’s a new chef in town this season and what a chef she is! Can’t thank Dominick, Matt, and Paula enough for the amazing dinner. Mistralino has now skyrocketed to the top of must-go restaurants leaving all others in town in the dust. Provincetown is pricey to dine out, but no matter what the cost, Mistralino is likely the only place in town that’s worth every cent. Fantastic chef, fantastic food, fantastic service, great atmosphere, and the best of hosts!
Went twice during our stay, and food was truly delicious! Divine pasta and brownie sundae!
Everything is amazing from the staff, the service and the food! It's my go-to place when I got to Ptown! Ben, the manager, was amazing!
Great menu. Terrific linguini in white clam sauce. Fun people. Loved the menu. Good drinks.
Wonderful place for big or small parties, with an adorable atmosphere! I made a 10 person reservation for my sisters bachelorette party, everyone LOVED it! You cant go wrong with any of their dishes! Our favorite had to be the penne Ala vodka. My only wish would be that the portions were larger, it was so good I wanted more! The whole team stopped in to wish our bride a congratulations. One of the chefs even gifted us with a dessert assortment. Simply amazing!
