Spindler is one of the good Mexican fusion food in Ptown. Pricey but worth it. Only complaint, if you give full veggie fajitas only three small tortilla just plain business to make customers order more, anyways, server was good, friendly and suggestive. When we went there, it was not busy so server was able to give enough focus. But during busy time, it could be different. Overall, they have different seating areas and request what you want and hostess try to accommodate that. Their cocktails are great but i like the one with lavender and regularly margaritas.
Nice surprise of vegetarian/ vegan options. The veggie tacos were amazing and my meat eater friends cleaned their plate! Highly recommend. Great atmosphere
The food was amazing. Highly recommend the shrimp ceviche and the tacos. Ending with the churros!! They were the best we’ve had.
Service was excellent. I sat at the bar and met some amazing people visiting Ptown. The food was great, and I loved their wine selection.
Another awesome place to dine for vegetarians!! Plenty of good legit options to choose from.. the vibe is great and the food was fantastic!!

Amazing! We had the bruschetta, shrimp, and octopus for apps (pretty large portions for two people), entrees we had pork and duck (both were excellent), ended with marked chocolate lava cake with a side of ice cream (so good).
Amazing bar/restaurant - came in during off season and the staff/locals were fantastic and adopted us for the afternoon/evening!
The food was fantastic, and the cocktails exceptional. Thoroughly recommend and would definitely come back!

Amazing ambiance, really relaxing and classy, and delicious inventive food! We sat on the top level, and had a long relaxing dinner with a lot of people watching. The wines were terrific, and as for food, we ordered a whole bunch of small bites to share. Our favorite was the lobster bisque, as well as the peach buratta. The swordfish and hummus plates were also terrific. The service was wonderful and the food came out at the right times. For dessert, we got the tiramisu, which was incredible!
The New Mexican Fusion Menu at Spindler’s is truly revolutionary. I’m not one for trying new things, but I dove right into this new menu and it was truly a delight. The Octopus main dish is definitely one I recommend, along with some small plates to share (the chicken Taquitos were so good!). The cocktails were fit for the meal (we ordered the honey badger). If you’re visiting Ptown and enjoy some great Mexican food, I urge you to make a reservation ASAP. No

Was checking the new Menu and will tell you the food Was very good, I had a Fresh Cod with Avocado corn crust what amazing was that! They are amazing Craig, Harrison and Seth is so welcoming, and care about people!
This food was delectable! I got duck, and a variety I of options were served to our table from duck panzanella, pork tenderloin, and jumbo shrimp! Starters included a spicy and flavorful patatas brevas and bruschetta and rich poached pear...none were a disappointment and the plates were clean when we were through with them. The cocktails were on point, from a round of Aviation to Elderflower. And to top it off, we ordered the key lime pie, house made peanutbutter cheesecake, and chocolate lava cake. The peanut butter cheesecake was a personal favorite and as someone that loves cheese cake, fair warning that its on the sweeter and softer side (as opposed to richer and thicker). The key lime pie was more tart than sweet, and the chocolate cake was served with ice cream and was spot on! Finally, we closed the evenings with a roubd of coffees, which was all delicious and kept us going long into the evening. If you're in Ptown, you won't be dissapointed to enjoy a meal here!
Food was delicious!!!!! While in Ptown we visited this restaurant for dinner and was such a great time. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing and fresh. Cool vibes and great atmosphere overall. Would def visit again and 5/5
Creative and delicious Mexican food unlike anything you've had. The service is super attentive, and the margaritas are so good. Multiple dining room settings/experiences. A wonderful restaurant to add to your Provincetown rotation.
Wow this place was a wonderful surprise. My friends and I were walking by but the music caught our attention so we had to check it out! We sat at the bar where we met the fabulous Craig who made us some amazing cocktails, plus his recommendation for the pork Carnitas was spot on! We loved them
