Katsu with curry was delicious. I think that it could have included some vegetables. The other dishes and appetizers were ok. It was disappointing getting my food in a foam to-go box. Get some dishes.

THE GEM OF PROVO. If you are looking for truly incredible food from a small, family owned, business look no further than K’s kitchen. Most people are not familiar with Japanese food outside of sushi and ramen. Please do yourself a favor and go try K’s for the best Japanese food in Utah. I go almost every week because of the stellar food and warm staff I have never ordered anything at K’s I haven’t loved, but if it’s your first time I highly recommend the Katsu curry. The staff is always so kind an welcoming and the food is very reasonably priced If you are in Provo please stop by K’s for a fantastic experience.

This place is great! We tried the Domburi and the Yakiniku which were both fantastic. Customer service was great. I’d definitely try those dishes again or look at what else they have! The food was mostly gone by the time we snapped the pic because it was so good!

Food was great and priced really well. The owner is the sweetest man. Service was excellent. I don’t really know why people complain about the styrofoam container the food comes in. It’s great if you can’t finish your food and just close it up and go.

I came here with my friends and I ordered gyudon. When I got the food, it was a bit cold and the beef didn't have much flavor. It tasted fine, but the sauce wasn't enough. Some of the servers spoke Japanese and they all had good energy. The place is neat and has a good atmosphere.

This place lives up to the reviews. WOW! It was phenomenal. The place is clean and neat. Food is awesome, the fried chicken appetizer was probably the best. Tbh the curry wasn’t my favorite but still really high quality. Will be going back!

We ate lunch here today, and I was pleasantly surprised! K's Kitchen is a casual spot with a relatively small selection, and the food is made quickly as a result. We had chicken katsu curry, pork, and Korean BBQ beef plates, along with fried chicken, spring rolls, and gyoza sides. The food was pretty good overall, but the pork and bbq beef plates were a bit plainer since it was just meat and rice without any sauce or vegetables. The katsu curry gave some depth to the plate and was easily my favorite.

Absolutely delicious! Loved the onigoris and the rice bowls are such a comfort food. My sisters and I took the miso soup and walked around sipping on them and it was joyous:) had to go back a second time two days later to try more items on the menu and everything was simply superb! I highly recommend K's Kitchen!

I literally got back from Japan within 48 hrs of eating here and I want to say this is probably the most authentic Japanese food I've ever had in the states. The host was so kind and spoke Japanese, the food was delicious!

My daughter and I ate here earlier. She had been hyping it up to be for a while now, and I am happy to say it lived up to the hype. 😂 Incredibly delicious. Wonderful service. I can't wait to eat here again. We had oyakodon, katsu curry, karaage and steamed gyoza. Everything was perfect. So good. Thank you again. ☺️

The food was amazing (I've been looking for legit karaage and korokke forever and this place has it)!! The menu has a lot of options, but not too many to overwhelm you (especially if you're a little new to Japanese cuisine). The owner is super nice and even gave me a free side for coming there to celebrate my graduation! I've also never had so much GREAT Japanese food at such a decent price. I was expecting to pay much more and had waited till my pay day to go in preparation, but it was a wonderful surprise! Definitely coming back :)

K's is tucked in this cozy little spot on Center Street in Provo and has a clean modern aesthetic. The staff at the restaurant were super friendly. We got a table right away without having to wait, which is a bonus on Friday night, but I know there were some that came after and did have to wait. We decided to share the Katsudon Domburi large size and had two sides (the Goyza Dumplings and the Korokke). The Katsudon was well flavored and simple. There is a subtle, not overpowering sweetness to the pork that I enjoyed and the presentation was nice. The sides were great too...the Goyza had a lovely crispness but it wasn't packed with filling by any means. The Korokke didn't have as much flavor as I was expecting... I think they could do more with that, because the elements are good...just missed a little bit of flavor. Overall I really enjoyed our dinner here and the price and service was fantastic.

This place is AWESOME!!! The owner is very friendly and welcoming, he recommended us to try the salted pork with rice and it was just amazing. It's very flavorful and I wasn't expecting that considering how ordinary it looked. Price is really good with such good quality of food and services. Would definitely visit again soon.

This place is cool. I got the Sauce Katsudon and it was super tasty. I wish they had chicken katsu but oh well. I also thought they gave too much rice lol so if you love rice then you’re in for a treat. Their Mac salad is different from Hawaii Mac salad (more on the tuna side)

Very good food. Nothing else quite like it in the area. I had the katsu curry and some gyoza. The curry was excellent (I'd rate the spice level 4/10), the rice was cooked to heavenly perfection, and the pork was very good despite me not usually being a big fan of it. You can tell the gyoza are made fresh, not the typical pre-frozen kind you see often times. The portion size was also surprisingly large! The curry was two meals for me. I think next time I go I'll try the poke bowl.

I didn’t know what to expect and was quite pleasantly surprised. The first thing we noticed is that every employee there speaks Japanese. It’s rare these days to find a Japanese restaurant that is authentic Chinese. Most are run by Koreans or others and they’re not legit. This one is legit. The menu items are all things you would see in Japan. The dead giveaway that this place takes their food seriously is the miso soup. Taste it carefully. It’s not made solely with the pre-made paste bought in the store. You can taste the fish and natural oils from a made-from-scratch miso. So delicious. We ordered a curry katsudon. The meat was perfectly crispy and the curry was pretty good. Maybe a tiny bit curry would have been better to finish off the generous amount of rice. We also got the spicy poke, which might have had a little bit too much sauce for me. (I know - poke is more of a Hawaiian style thing but I wanted something cool to eat. 😉) Prices are very reasonable. Overall, I was super impressed. Great service, even better food.
