Excellent Pasta and Bread Twist. Really enjoyed the Creamy Chicken pesto. You could pick whatever noodle type you wanted. I had angel hair. Very rich tasting. Dipped the bread twist in the pesto...sooo goood! Highly recommend!
Cool Place. Love this place, it's a staple for ourfamily every time we visit Provo. Had a graduation dinner there last night and everything was a-okay. Doesn't have the same "feel" as the St George store (how can it though) but the food is the same, service was great, etc. Keep up the good work, we'll be back.
Good American Pizza, awesome breadsticks!. The pizza is excellent american style pizza.
The portions are huge.
Do not miss the breadsticks. Twisted dough around a long stick brushed with butter and garlic.
Dessert is good too. The cookie with ice cream is a nice treat perfect for sharing.
Simple food, made well. The service is usually excellent.. though there have been a few misses.
Pizza Factory breadsticks are fantastic! The dough is wrapped around a long wooden stick and covered in garlic-buttery goodness.
The breadsticks are wicked good.
This was a great night out with a big group. Our server was incredibly friendly and prompt. The barbecue chicken pizza was delicious. The bread twists are a must. They are ready to accommodate big groups. You can usually find good deal for families as well.
This place had some great food. When we came in nobody was there to seat us and they only showed up when the bell rang for us leaving to see if we had come in the wrong entrance or something. Awkwardness aside, after that the wait staff was attentive and the food was great. We did the meal for two option and then substituted the pizza for the "jerry". The cheese was delicious and gooey and all of their bread, breadsticks and crust included, had an inspiring fresh bread taste that was hard to beat. The only downside was that subbing in the Jerry specialty cost a solid $6-7 upcharge from a two topping pizza option, which honestly still feels pretty steep and definitely undercut the meal for two cost-effectiveness.
The bread twists on a stick are fantastic and the pizza is fairly good. The root beer is great. It is great to come here with a coupon for the family deal. That being said, the place feels kind of deserted and dilapidated. Not a lot of customers. Don’t know how they are staying in business.
Service was excellent, McKinley was our server she was awesome! Pizza was extremely filling and delicious. I really also liked the twisty breadstick things too.
The pizza is good, pasta as well, the star of the show is the amazing salad bar. You can choose 1 time thru or unlimited . The breadsticks are delicious ! Sometimes the staff is nice & "on it",and sometimes they are slow, and not nice. The food is good‼️
During this trying time for food service employees and the restaurant business in general I thought they did pretty good. To be fully honest I felt like they're on the verge of shutting down due to lack of business. The place hasn't changed much in years, skeleton crew and a lot of very old technology everywhere. Those are all not good signs in my book. I'm sad to say we probably won't be back. The bread twists were amazing as always but the Alfredo dipping sauce was lacking it's usually flavor. The pizza was ok but looked extremely rushed and the waitress was the only person we saw the entire time other than the two other small groups eating at the restaurant at 6PM.
Great for pizza. Great for pasta. Great for bread twists. Great for us.
Went here with a party of 3 and didn't even see our waitress for an hour. We went and talked to the hostess after waiting for over 30 minutes and we were told that a big party had just came in so they were tyring to take care of that. I understand that group kept the waitress a bit busy, but it was still a long wait to even order our food. Finally they got some more staff in and after that we were promptly served and the food came out shortly after and was very delicious. I have went many other times and always had a good experience, so I think it was just unfortunate timing last night. Hopefully these kinds of issues can be addresses and better handled in the future though!
The good was good, though it took a while to get (but they were also quite busy on Saturday night/7pm). The waitress was great. The establishment was clean. My friend said the salad bar was clean and fresh. We each got a pizza. Mine (chicken and pineapple) was made well with fresh toppings. I'd recommend this location (Provo).
The Pizza Factory was great! Our hostess was very polite. We requested to move our table because it was kind of cold near the window and she was very accommodating. Our waitress, Megan, was also very nice! Ask for the "Baileys Special" it's basically the chicken pesto pasta as a pizza. It's not on the menu, but it's the best pizza there! They recommended to pair it with a "southern gentleman" which is Dr. Pepper with peach and cream, and it was surprisingly tasty. The salad bar is pretty basic but still good. Overall a great dining experience. Also, you can't go wrong with the giant bread twists.
I like it! Good pizza and great garlic bread sticks. Been around a long time, and the place might need a deep clean or a remodel, but it's good grub, and the service was just OK the last time I was there. Funny thing, I went at night, and when I came back outside to my car there were NO lights on whatsoever. The parking lot was super dark
