Review Pho 50 - Pueblo West

My husband and I love this place. The pho is always on point and the waitress we have is always nice. Definitely worth the try if you’re in the area.

Spring rolls are TERRIBLE! Only Iceberg lettuce and rice noodles. No other vegetables at all. And they cut the shrimp IN HALF?! And then on the vegetarian rolls they burned up the tofu! Not only that the meal’s peanut sauce was the most watery and flavorless peanut sauce I’ve ever tried. They are being cheap for a 9$ order. I love pho but this one sucks. Their curry was decent, at least they put more than two ingredients in it.

Very good soup place, big bowls and so yummy to eat even in summer! Go especially if you want to warm up with soup. The bubble drinks are good too, but they are very sweet though. The cantaloupe one really tastes like fresh ripe cantaloupe! I couldn't believe it. I love the rice wrap rolls and beef dishes. I love the pho soups. It comes with meal accoutrements that make you feel so special. The food is healthy and seems light, but filling. The employees are super nice and polite. The green hot tea is strong.

We’re both out of town and wanted pho. We found two pho restaurants around here and drove to one of them because it was close to our destination but it was shut down. So we ended up at Pho 50. We ordered egg rolls (2-$4.75) and deep fried tofu ($4.75). As well as a regular size bowl pho ($10.95) of rare steak with added meatballs to share. The egg rolls were cut in half so it came out in four small pieces. It was tasty with lots of carrots compared to pork. It’s paired with dipping fish sauce. I find it odd that there was no lettuce. The deep fried tofu came out with 8 triangle pieces with sweet chili dipping sauce. The tofu was crispy on the edges and soft inside. Be careful to let it cool because you can burn your tongue. Last, pho came out and I had no expectations because I can’t compare to California. Surprisingly, the broth was really flavorful. Usually I would walk out of a place smelling like pho from head to toe and that’s how I can tell the broth bone has been seeping for hours. But I didn’t smell like that here. I like that they offer three sizes for pho, small, regular, large. Overall, the place was clean. They didn’t come to bother to check on us the entire time which was fine.

We ordered boba drinks for the kids before our meal. They forgot 1 and said they would make it, but had to make 9 more before they could make hers. Because the people after us were already started. And it would take over 15 minutes. We asked why we had to wait when we ordered before them. Finally a manager heard and said it would be 2 minutes and got it to us. The price on menu was $4.95 each. When we got bill they were over $6 each. When I asked why we were charged more than on the menu, they said prices have went up. I said you should tell people if the menu you hand customers has prices that are not right. The waitress was rude and was on her phone more than checking on customers. The food was great and saved em from 1 star.

Amazing I loved the Thai Tea & Vietnamese iced coffee. We also got a soup bowl with rare steak. Also the combination fried rice & wontons. It was not that expensive. Visually very pleasant. And the staff was fantastic! I will be going back for sure.

Walked in to ask for my Togo order and the lady said she needed to help the people behind me first. I don't think I'll be coming back. Just needed to pay and add a drink to my order. And she says she neeed to help the couple behind me. What do you need to come in pairs to get decent customer service? I used to like this place. Not after today.

Delicious! Great fast service. We had pho and noodle bowls, all were super good. Egg roll and spring rolls with sauces were yummy. Large variety of Boba. We had Peach, strawberry and Thai tea. Definitely our go to spot.

Had the seafood phó and it's always perfect! Very personable owner. Always enjoy my meal there. The sprig rolls are great too!

The Vietnamese sandwiches are absolutely delish! The grilled pork chop plate and the rare steak pho are just as delicious, definitely a restaurant everyone should try once.

Nothing better than a hot bowl of noodle soup on a cold day. Served with fresh basil and cilantro. Delicious.

Everything we have tried has been delicious! We especially love the Pho and the iced green tea! Service is always wonderful and reasonably priced.

Authentic Vietnamese comfort food that even those who have never had it will enjoy.

The Pho with brisket is really good! I've been here plenty of times to know that they do it right.

As good or better than any of the Vietnamese places I've visited in bigger cities. Pueblo West is lucky to have this place.

Incredible Pho: best broth ever, and all the noodles (rice and egg) are homemade. The wonton soup with pork is fantastic, too! Very nice manager, too.
