Review Rojas-restaurant - Pueblo West

This place is not good and expensive. I ordered chicken tostadas, and the chicken had absolutely no flavor. It was bland and gross. Oh yeah I also found a chicken bone, yum. My husband ordered the carne asada chimichangas and he did not like it at all. The carne asada tasted like boiled meat but at least his meal had flavor. Oh yeah it's ridiculously expensive too. About $17 for some carne asada tacos and $11 for some freaking fried ice cream.

Great place to have Mexican food. The staff are friendly, helpful and very prompt. Food was hot and on the table quick.

I really used to like this restaurant when they were out on the Mesa. Things have changed. Food is okay, staff friendly, but last night I was hit with the latest craze among businesses. When I paid with my credit card I was hit with a 4% surcharge for using the card! The fine print at the bottom of the receipt explained it. Better notification should be given to the customer about this. The fine print reads”To encourage the use of cash you will be charged 4% to cover the credit card company fees”. When I’m leaving is not the time to tell me this, it should be advertised at the tables, front door, bar, etc. Won’t be going back!

Always a good place for Mexican food. Not too busy, friendly staff, clean, and food is always hot and so good. Not to mention good mixed drinks and big portions.

I've been to this restaurant a number of times in the past (infrequently). Each time I go there, the service progressively gets worse and worse!! I just had to find an employee and was told to sit wherever I wanted. Close to 20 minutes later and two other parties being seated, the waitress blew past us and went to a different table. Seriously???? I guess I'll spend my money somewhere else! I will NEVER make the mistake of going to Rojas restaurant ever again. I can get better service at Taco Bell.

This place is trash. Anyone who thinks this place has good food doesn't know Mexican food. Chili wasn't hot look like flour we sat for atleast 45 minutes before we got our food. Ordered carnitas tacos so much fat wasn't even meat. They don't even have a drink menu. Salsa was trash food was so over priced.

Accidentally left my credit card there after I ate. I went back the next morning ,The owners daughter who was the waitress rememberd picking up the card however she said she somehow threw it away. Didnt even offer a reason. Just said she must have thrown it away. Who does this?

Good food. Reasonable price. Wait staff seemed to wonder off. We'll go back.

Best salsa in town. I recently moved from Texas and I have to say their salsa is really good. I love how fresh it was and their carnita tacos are very good. I also ordered chicken tacos and was very disappointed. Their beef and chicken are flavorless. Thir flan is flavorless as well. If you do decide to go on Taco Tuesday or Tostada Thursday I would order their carnitas and their fried oreos.

Terrible Service. Went there for lunch today with some co-workers. The place was not very busy. The service was very slow. it took us an hour and 20 minutes to eat lunch. The food was warm not hot. None of us from work will be returning anytime soon.

GREAT Food! Great Service. I don´t know where those guys with the bad review ate but (BUT) I really can´t find anything bad on this restaurant/food/service. It was so nice to spent my time there - see you again - I hope very soon
