Pj's Coffee - Pueblo West - Photo album

Really nice establishment. The staff were kind and courteous. And the inside is really nice. The hot coffee isn't burnt tasting and it's actually fresh. The chai tea latte was okay. The tea was definitely on the weaker side. And the baked goods (like the spinach croissant and blueberry scone) were o
Mediocre at best. I’ve been there twice and probably won’t be back. The first time the sandwich I got was not edible. I couldn’t bite through ot from being over cooked in the microwave it was like a hockey puck. Today I got a coffee and another sandwich. The coffee was much smaller than mine first v
