Review Pj's Coffee - Pueblo West

Really nice establishment. The staff were kind and courteous. And the inside is really nice. The hot coffee isn't burnt tasting and it's actually fresh. The chai tea latte was okay. The tea was definitely on the weaker side. And the baked goods (like the spinach croissant and blueberry scone) were on the softer gooey side. It tasted fine, just the texture was not what you're expecting. Overall it's a nice chain to stop by.

Mediocre at best. I’ve been there twice and probably won’t be back. The first time the sandwich I got was not edible. I couldn’t bite through ot from being over cooked in the microwave it was like a hockey puck. Today I got a coffee and another sandwich. The coffee was much smaller than mine first visit. I asked if they were sure if it was a large and they said it is. My 1st cup was a metal for the iced latte and it was much larger than the small plastic cup I got today. I could see larger caps through the drive-through window. I basically paid $4.50 for a small biscuit with soggy bacon and cheese. Staff is very friendly but the price you pay for such small items that aren’t very great it’s not worth it.

I stopped in yesterday after lunch because I had doctor’s orders not to have any thing to eat or drink until after my appointment. I’m not sure what happened but the coffee was weak and lukewarm. I never ever go out for coffee except under these special circumstances. Last time I missed my morning coffee for the same reason I went to Starbucks after my appointment. The coffee was rich and hot. I was looking forward to that experience again. It was so disappointing.

Friendly staff, inside is always clean and inviting. Great drink selection, bot sure what to get, just ask and they can help you with something you like. I tend to go for the seasonal drink's in the velvet ice and love the scones also. This photo is of the smores velvet ice. Only thing is they are in Pueblo West, they need to open another one in Pueblo but, still worth the drive.

Tried their Feb Latté special...both unique and tasty. I look forward to going back and trying others. They seem to be doing a steady business despite the closure of Hailey, so plan on at least a little wait in the drive-through and inside. Initial returns say the wait is worth it

What a lovely coffee shop! I got a cold brew here which was good but not very strong. I really love the atmosphere though and there are also option for cookies and other goodies. The service was super fast. Cold brew is already ready so it only takes a minute. I'd like to try their hot beverages too in the future.

My wife and I visited this coffee shop today for the first time today and really enjoyed our coffee & lunch experience! One of the employees was patient & friendly answering my questions over the phone when I called to inquire about them, the location was convenient at the intersection of Highway 50W & Purcell Blvd. in Pueblo West, there was plenty of parking, the front of the restaurant looked nice and colorful, we were welcomed upon entering, the coffee shop was larger than it looked from the outside, they had plenty of different kinds of comfortable seating and an adequate number of electrical outlets conveniently located to power patrons' devices, the menu was quite full of coffee and food choices, the employee who served us was patient and friendly, my coffee (Ethiopian) was delicious and my sandwich was great and served hot, WiFi worked well, there was A/C, and the men's restroom was clean.

Love the atmosphere. The coffee is great! It's a great place to meet others and offers a quiet place to get work done. I had a mocha velvet iced coffee, (frappachino) and it was just as delicious as Starbucks. Great to have in Pueblo West, and it's right next door to Baskin Robbins so you could get ice cream after!!!!
