Came into this place to pick up an order, The staff was slammed! They were holding it together tho, and expedited my to go order. The hustle and teamwork I witnessed was a refreshing change of pace and a welcome sight indeed! I needed two quarts of bubble gum icecream.. of course that's not a prepacked icecream, I'm sure probably not very favorable. I asked the young lady if she had time, due to multiple customers that day, to package me two quarts of bubble gum icecream, she didn't hesitate, her response was "of course I can, not a problem", what a pleasant friendly experience. My daughter and grandson will he so excited for the birthday party.

I enter with a friend on 4-26, without a mask for health reason only to be questioned and called down by a young female server, who couldnt understand my position. She said it was for her health concerns, but her male worker countered and said it was for mandates. She's concerned about her health but not mine after I verbally expressed it ,we both left and will not come back

They didn’t have the first three ice cream flavors I wanted and told me to come back in couple days when they did. That’s just bad management. They took 15 minutes to get two scoops of ice cream after they finally had a flavor I wanted. Just poor service all around. They took so long I could have drove all the way to the south side and back and probably got the flavor of ice cream I wanted.

Ordered my sons ice cream birthday cake 5 days in advance. Scheduled pick up at 11am, I was told it would be finished the night before. It’s 11:30 on the day of pick up and I’m waiting for them to finish decorating it. And by “finish” I mean she’s currently frosting it. Good thing the host and birthday child won’t be at the party when the guests begin to arrive.
