Seriously the best Reuben sandwich in Pueblo. And they have gluten free bread for those who can't eat gluten! I also loved the potato salad and pickles. It all reminded me of eating at my great aunt's or grandma's house as a kid. My husband is enjoying the cheesecake and I am loving the coconut macaroons!

Labeled as "Pueblo's Only New York Style Deli" would be no lie. Schleps features many kosher meats and offers daily specials on their sandwiches. Also if you are ever in the need to purchase Kosher meats for yourself, they also sell by the pound. The Potato Salad as a side dish is always my recommendation as their potato salad has a unique flavor that only this deli could create. My personal favorite is the Tuna Sandwich as it also has a unique flavor that only this deli could create. As far as ordering cold cuts, and bread, you know their bread is fresh baked daily. On Friday's you can order Challa bread and know that the same quality freshness applies. Schleps also offers soups and salads which are fitting toward the season. Schleps Deli receives 5 stars for their friendly staff, and service offered daily. Schleps is closed on sunday and has reduced hours on saturday, but is open all week. One can even celebrate special occasions and parties at Schleps.

The rye bread, the chopped liver and the rugelach were awesome. I'm so thrilled to be able to get chopped liver in Pueblo.

We stopped here for lunch while driving from Taos to Denver, and couldn't have been more pleased. The food was very good, the bread was delicious, and the people very friendly. Easy to get to off of the highway and we parked right in front. We'll be back!

Culinary Artisans working with carefully selected ingredients that they understand to make just incredible sandwiches. Karissa and her staff are particularly good at making their artisanal products taste superior in all respects. Their rye bread, pastrami, sides including the potato salad are delicious but their Reuben! But in the end it is about the smile and chat that makes this place special to us. The sigh

Great Pueblo deli! That's all they do is deli. It's as close to a New York Style Deli as you will get in Pueblo, and I've lived in NYC, I know. Their sandwiches are basic, but so yummy and good! The meats they have are so good. They have specific Sandwiches, but can make you anything you want. Their windows are high and bright, and seating is vast and the whole place feels airy and mellow. Nice lunch location.

My new favorite sandwich place. They have all kinds of meats I've never tried and a great selection of bread. Two adults can eat for $20 or so which is impressive given the quality.

This was my second time here in 2 weeks and I brought a friend because I enjoyed it so much. The place was clean and the staff was so sweet and kind. I love this place. Can't believe it's been here so long and I never knew it and neither have any people that I talk to. Now I tell everyone about how good this place was and where it was. Thank you.

I grew up in Pueblo but have been living out of state for 12 years. While visiting, my family and I stopped by Schlep's for lunch. The sandwiches are at least on par with , if not better than any other Jewish deli that you'll find. Will try to stop by the next time I visit.

Still the best ! Having lived for a couple of years in Brooklyn and visiting family through the years I was a little hesitant at first. (After all a NY Jewish Deli is an experience ). But when I walked in I knew this was 'home'. Most places use a 1000 islands or Russian dressing on a Ruben. She makes her own and it is wonderful. Should I eat a whole sandwich.... no I MUST. And a pickle as well. You could take it home, but why? DR. Browns cream soda and a slice of real NY cheesecake is always a welcome compliment to a nice Ruben.
