Ate here on a whim the other day and LOVED it. Easily my favorite place in Pueblo now; great gluten free options and knowledgeable about cross-contamination, gluten free bread tastes like normal bread, and both the service and taste were exceptional!!

A coworker suggested this for lunch today. I had the Cuban sandwich. So juicy, so tasty. The staff were friendly. The service was speedy. I might have to make it a regular lunch spot.

I've been to this place many times, have taken different people on some of those occasions, and Rocco's has NEVER disappointed!! Food is always fresh and meals are always consistent!! Service is good too, usually very polite. I always get the California BLT!!! We'll be customers for life if they keep it up, lol!!

Definitely the BEST deli in Pueblo and by far the cleanest eating establishment in Pueblo! Love the Cuban as well as the french dip....the ingredients are always fresh and tasty. Staff is friendly and the service is beyond stellar. Probably why Rocco's has been "The BEST" of Pueblo since their opening. They ROCK!

I have been eating at Rocco’s Deli since they opened! When I first started eating here I was eating meat, and everything I tried was delicious! Trying to be healthier I switch my diet to vegetarian. So one day I decided that I was just gonna eat meat again, just so I could eat this incredibly delicious Rocco’s food again! I am ALWAYS GREETED by warm and welcoming smiles by the Awesomely Polite Staff! Upon entering they asked why they haven’t seen me and I explained I was trying to be vegetarian but was about to have a COMPLETELY GUILT FREE CHEAT DAY! They all laughed but also suggested I try their Vegetarian panini with marinated eggplants, roasted red peppers, red onion, Swiss On multigrain bread with a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette... I tried it and I WAS SO DELIGHTED IT TASTED DELICIOUS just like anything I ever had from Rocco’s!!! This Is My Favorite Pueblo Restaurant! Always clean, polite, fast, and just soooooo good!

Visiting Pueblo and found this gem alongside the river - expansive menu with delicious options and extremely fresh meat, delicious bread and vegetables. I had the turkey avocado sandwich and it was so refreshing and tasty! The avocado and light Dijon spread were great. It was extremely quick despite the busy lunch hour and the employees were friendly and upbeat! Would return anytime.

This was my first time trying Rocco’s and I absolutely love it. I ordered the combo and selected the Santa Fe panini with broccoli cheddar soup. The panini was one of the best I’ve ever had, however, the broccoli soup was nowhere near as good. They included a pickle and a bag of the good chips! I am definitely looking forward to trying more, seen a lot of good reviews about the Cuban so that will be my next item! I love that they took the time to write thank you on the paper bag.

Just passing through Pueblo and six of us thought it looked like a good place to stop. Six of us each ordered a different item and we all liked what we ordered. Six meals plus extra sides and they got the order perfect. Does not usually happen that way in Denver.

This deli is a very popular place to have lunch. It was busy by the time I got there at 11:30am. Seating is a bit limited unless you want to eat outside. Items on the menu are a bit pricey for the portion size. The Rocco's Italian I ordered was good and I will return again.

I needed a quick lunch on my way from Amarillo to Denver and didn’t want to go with obvious Subway, etc. Rocco’s was exactly what I needed. The waiters are very friendly and polite, the food was served super fast and the Reuben sandwich was delicious!

I have driven by Rocco's for several years as I cross over the 4th Street bridge in Pueblo, Colorado. I finally found the opportunity to try the restaurant with a friend who highly recommended the deli. I ordered the California wrap and it was stuffed with delicious fixings and complete with a mighty pickle. My friend had the French Dip and it was nicely grilled and came with a side of tasty au jus. Chips and a bottomless beverage made for a complete lunch. I will definitely be back. GH

Gluten free options galore. Fresh and yummy ingredients. Pickles could use more zest and crunch imo. Overall fabulous lunch spot with reasonable prices amd friendly staff.

This is a hidden gem of Pueblo. I really liked the sandwiches here. I had the green chile Philly and my wife had a vegetarian panini.. They were both very tasty. I was surprised by the vegiterian panini I would order that again for me! The one down side is they are only open weekdays. Highly recommend.
