Wow!! That totally describes the taste of our food.
We ordered take out and it was about a 20 min wait on a Saturday morning. I ordered chicken and waffles and my husband has the breakfast tot. As you can see in the pictures, ingredients are fresh and made to order. Staff was very nice too!
3.5 stars. Decent American comfort food. I got the avocado chicken wrap with a side of fried cheese curd and my friend got the grilled cheese sandwich with a slide of fried pickles. Both were decent enough but the sides were way more delicious than the main dish itself.

When a restaurant's manager walks the floor and visits customers at their tables, inquiring if everything is good, you know you're in an exceptional place. Country Kitchen is that special place and you will be happy you pulled off I-25 to dine here. The manager is quite a guy and genuinely says hell
I currently live out of the area that anytime I am back in Pueblo when it's mealtime, I go to Country Kitchen. The service is respectful and polite and throw. Your drink is always offered to be filled before it's empty. Your food is always hot and delicious and the prices are fair.
