We had a large family group, 5 adults and 3 kids. Didn't have to wait long, to be seated. We ordered and soon our drinks came then our food. We enjoyed what we ate and waitress came back to check on us, now and then. All was good.

I couldn't chew one bite of my steak. The broccoli wasn't even cooked and was black on the bottom of the spears. The mashed potatoes were definitely not garlic. It never seems to fail that either our food is way too greasy or overcooked. Whenever we get ribs they are charred. I had a hamburger and the bun was so greasy I could barely hold it. We've been consistently disappointed with the food and service. This time, actually months ago, was no different. We've been trying to get a refund for a mistake they'd made for months. First they tried playing dumb as if they couldn't find the order. Finally found it but still didn't get a refund.
